What should have been a celebratory dinner vollegues and partners turned into a night of frustration and disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the restaurant was woefully unprepared to handle a group of our size.

Service was Painfully slow and disorganized. We waited 45 minutes just to receive the drinks - unacceptable for any establishment, let alone one that should be equipped for large parties. The first starters finally arrived after 1.5 hours and the soup followed 30 minutes later. By that point, the mood at the table had soured, and several dishes were tasteless and lukewarm at best.

Our server seemed overwhelmed, and there was no effort from management to address the delays or offer apologies.

For a restaurant that presumably prides itself on hospitality, the execution was amateurish - I suspect the kitchen included only microwave owens.

Avoid this place at all costs. A restaurant that can’t handle basic logistics—like timely drinks and coordinated courses — doesn’t deserve your business. We left annoyed, and vowing never to return. Saves your time and money; there are plenty of other spots that actually care about...

„Rynek 11 ” is a elegant restaurant located in town square in Kielce. This place is different than the rest in the neighborhood. All is stylized in really beautifully and original way. Walls are deep dark with gold accents. It has a lot of character. There is always a fresh flowers and a candle on each table.

But not only decor is perfect. Very talented cooks work there. Waiters are polite, patient and helpful. The delicious food is served on high-quality plates and the cutlery is silver. There is a wide variety of dishes to choose from as well as the best selection of drinks in the whole town. Also the drinks are served in original and and interesting way. Definitely the best restaurant from all those I visited in Kielce.

Service is impeccable. Miss Agnieszka was pleasant, professional and sunny. She was there when you needed her but did not impose when unnecessary.

The atmosphere is also great. Slow, moody, relaxing, supported by pleasant Polish rock music. You feel like nobody is in a hurry here and you should not be either. Just sit back, relax and enjoy your great food and cocktails.

The food itslef is awesome. I ate the cauliflower steak and it was really to die for. Perfectly prepared, nicely composed, not swimming in oil (which is a problem in other restaurants I was in Kielce - oil seems to be a favorite spice around here), just great!
