First of all, this restaurant is worth 10 out of 5 stars for the apple pie and the design,which is quite nifty. My choice to not recommending this restaurant is due to an extremely unfriendly service man. We visited this restaurant during a guided sight seeing tour. We were told, that we could have one free coffee/tea/juice. The service staff only spoke few German, but we showed our card. At this point, we did not know, that the other passengers from our tour had a free apple pie on their card, to me, those cards looked identically. The service man asked us to order, so we ordered tea. After that he asked us in his bad German something about apple, so we thought, we'd order an apple tea. After a while our orders were brought and my girlfriend and me wondered about the tea, which was black tea instead of apple. But we said 'well fine, maybe he did not understand us'. Few minutes later we got an apple pie (which was really delicious). I asked the other people at the table, whether it was also free. They confirmed. .. Again, at this point we had no idea, that they had gotten different tickets than we had and they didn't either. Later, the waiter came and told my girlfriend and me to pay the bill (it was not too expensive though). When we asked why we were the only people that had to pay, the waiter told us, that we did not have cards. But we had cards, but not the same as the other people, which, again, we did not know.... So the waiter became very unfriendly and started to discuss in a very bearish way with my girlfriend. At no point we were able to explain our thoughts. We had no problem to pay it, but we just wanted to know why. The discussion ended in a loud crosstalk, we were very upset how we were treated, so we withdrew our tip and paid the bill. Once again, we would have paid the bill AND added some tip, if we would not have been treated that rudely by that person. We canceled our plans for having dinner there, of course. The food may be delicious and the atmosphere lovely, but if the service is unfriendly, the other things are lost. As I can see, other guests may had better experiences and nicer afternoons, but unfortunately, I had this. All the times I've been visiting family in Poland, I have never been treated so unkindly and, what is even worse, that my girlfriend has been treated that...

Came to eat at this restaurant for the decoration and what it says in the tourist office formation guide. The restaurant is really beautiful and well decorated. The problem started with the order. I order a grilled salmon with vegetables (in the menu says exactly this: grilled salmon with vegetables) and it came with a cheese sauce on top. As lactose intolerant I can't eat cheese, and I asked the waiter kindly to resolve this problem, once I didn't know and it wasn't written anywhere in the menu that it has cheese on it. The waiter got really unfriendly speaking in a rude way that i should have told him before that I can't eat milk products. When I asked to have a new order without the sauce he said that I would need to pay for the two plates anyway. After a short argument he called his supervisor that came even more unfriendly as him, saying the same. The thing here went on like I was the one to blame for not have told them that I have a lactose intolerance, when I ordered deliberated a meal where it wasn't mention any milk products in it.

The conduct of the personal was rude and completely unfriendly, not willing to solve the situation but to find somebody to put the blame on.

Came to have dinner there , we order bottle of wine appetizer soup and main course the wine came very quick 30 minutes later still no appetizer and no garlic toast. for the soup we waited 35 minutes and about 55 minutes later we still didn’t have appetizer neither of second course all people which was speaking, German was treated very well, but because we speak, Polish doesn’t matter that I live in America. We were treated very poorly and Wait way too long so finally after one our I pay for the wine and soup and we left so disappointed . Never again I will be there and I share The this experiences with all people which I know so they won’t go either there. looks like only German people are treated their very well When you speak Polish, you don’t count there as the value customer .
