The deserts are amazing (most of them), but the service is not good at all. We were buying a bunch of stuff yesterday and I told my parents how good the place is. The best thing we know we go in and say hi and this girl is just standing and staring at us with a so unhappy face. Then she listens to the order with a face like no I don’t want to serve you. Doesn’t ask any questions, doesn’t repeat the order. We bought a few deserts to go, she didn’t ask us how to pack them and used a big box for 4 small pastries and small box for two bigger leaving cream marks all over the box. And not even one smile. I was ashamed I brought my parents there and I was glad we took the food upstairs and ate it at home. Train your client facing stuff better. I was looking for some croissants but unfortunately they were sold out. However, there were still some sweet buns that caught my eye. They were meant to be with raspberries and pistachio so I was intrigued to try it, even at a price of 12.5 PLN which is rather steep for a sweet bun. The promise of pistachio inside convinced me. To our surprise when we bit into the sweet buns there was no sign of pistachio so it was quite disappointing. The raspberry sweet bun was ok but nothing out of the ordinary. We also got bagels, and they were ok, a bit on the hard side on the inside, and the ones we get from our local bakery are tastier...
Read moreThe business offers delicious desserts but customer service and communication skills are lacking. For example, I ordered a pączki and a sernik. Pączki was ready in front of me, but sernik was nowhere to be found. The seller didn't even bother to direct me, didn't tell me I could get the sernik on the side. Being busy is not an excuse to be rude or neglect communication. The seller's attitude was as if she was telling the customer to get lost. Similar experiences shared by my girlfriend and friends, so not depends on one time experience.
