Me and my family were ordering from here, except my wife due to dietary restrictions.
I asked one of the employees if it was okay for my wife to eat from a restaurant next door there while we ate what Yoko had and the employee said "yes, it's okay"
Very few minutes after, other waitress came to tell us we couldn't eat there so we had to leave.
Terrible service and horrible experience, there are no signs anywhere that prohibited what were doing and we were allowed by one of the employees as well...
Edit to answer to your reply: I do agree with you that it is a socially non written norm to not eat in a restaurant food from other places, but that is why I asked for permission from your employee and I asked specifically if she could eat there with us food from another place, the answer was "yes" if we had been told no, there would have been no issue but it is humiliating that you say yes and then more employees come over to tell us "you can't eat here".
Again, to be clearer, if we had been told no from the begining, no issue would have happened and also, I agree with the non written social norms, that's why I asked for permission (which I...
Read moreThe place is very nice. It feels very izakaya vibe inside. Good they have yakitori place now in Krakow. Just be mindful that the prices here are quite high compared to the portion of the dish they will serve.
The dishes are great. Well seasoned but toned a bit to complement to Polish palate. I can recommend the unagi kabayaki on their menu. For the starters, I had gyoza and the wanton. The gyoza is quite small but flavourful. What disappoints me was the wanton. The sauce comes with it was great but the wanton was almost just a folded wanton wrapper. I barely tasted the filling inside of it. You can see from the photo how small the filling inside. It was a pea sized filling. Just a missed to make that dish good. The sauce will definitely highlight more of the filling once you bite it.
Overall, this place will be just a go to when craving for yakitori. The essence of izakaya is not met because it is really pricey.. pricey enough to get a close taste of...
Read moreInterior looks great, only because of that I leave 2 stars and not 1. Wanted to order pistachio ramen, but when I asked to NOT add spicy oil waiter said that it’s not possible with no further explanation. Other vegan ramen was just tasteless with minimum ingredients, there were 3 small slices of mushroom, 2 tiny pieces of tofu and a bit of nori, and all of that cost 51 zloty, which is a lot for such a quality and quantity. Also the bouillon wasn’t good. Overall all what the waiter did is passed my feedback to kitchen (although he couldn’t pass my request to not add spicy oil to ramen, where’s the logic?!). So I paid full bill for the ramen I barely ate, left hungry and all I received is some sort of an apology. Not a great place to visit, I can’t recommend this place unless they change their...
