McDonald's — Restaurant in Krakow

Worst Mac ever. At first we ordered delivery, wait for 50 min and get wrong order. Courier told that we don’t need to reorder and he will bring a new one as son as possible. We wait for 30 min and when we get a refund understand that we wouldn’t get our order … we messaged to support but support told that we need to order again, and wait as other customers they can’t impact on orders priority …. We deside do go to the mc Donald s by our car and order there coz we have hungry kids… we came, ordered take out order and get : wrong toy, coffe with milk that was like a milk with water, not ready naggets for kids !!!!! Worst service...

I am pescatarian, additionally I am not fond of junk food and the only items I agree to consume in this fast food restaurant is coffee, milkshake, ice-cream, possible fried cheese but still once a year or two. Nevertheless, recently I’ve had a chance to visit the place ‘cause a friend of mine asked me to pass through McDrive. It was quite late, some minutes after midnight and my mood was enhanced as much as possible after hearing they have nothing out of the things mentioned above 😅😂 moreover, after asking whether they have ANYTHING vege - I was shortly informed that not at the time we had a pleasure to drive...

Yes Yes, even though it IS a McDonald's, it has become something of a regular eating place for me (well once a week anyway)

McDonald's isn't an easy place to like and be positive about. However I must say that I DO like the food here Better than its KFC rival next site anyway! I think it is a better place to sit and be in with good tables and reasonable (though uninspiring) background music.
