Miski na Lea — Restaurant in Krakow

This used to be one of my favorites places. Food is healthy and tasty. They give variety of options of ingridients, both for meat and non-meat preferences.

Unfortunately, my last visit was dissapointing and it's not even about price increase.

It wasn't nice to keep shouting from inside, expecting the person to hear from the outside and guess if it's about my order (the place wasn't super crowded to bring the bowl to the client or at least mention upfront when to come back for the order)

It wasn't nice to not only not thank the client for bringing back the bowl, but correct them for not putting the bowl in the "right" place.

I understand how self-service places work (have devices that beep when order is ready). For me Miski was a place where the staff is always friendly and polite. Today was the opposite, which makes me not want to go...

I usually have a very good experience with this place, I sometimes order same dish 3 times a week, this is how I like the salmon poke bowl. But this time order arrived with spoiled sheetake and seaweed, avocado was not fresh either, but I deal with it regularly, it was not an issue this time. As I said, I order regularly and it was NOT normally made dish. Because of the smell of the seaweed and mushrooms it was impossible and/or dangerous to eat the whole dish. I asked the Wolt Suport team to help me solve this problem, and they said that considering all the given information, restaurant decided not to refund or remake an order for me, because “they didn't have any more complaints today apart from mine!” Such a ridiculous reason and such a stupid way to loose a regular...

"Bowl Food" - and a very good version thereof. You know the place - you pick a filling (rice, lettuce, ...), a topping or two (salmon, chicken, chickpeas,...), and a bunch-a toppings (kimchi, peanuts, scallions, ), and sauces/flavorings. They tend to be pretty much identical, with the differences coming down to marketing - i call mine "pole", you call yours "fish bowl", that one over there is called "fruit of the sea", and whatnot. That said, this place is a particularly congenial version thereof. They're friendly, efficient, and the food is good - something that can't be said of quite a few other places out there) Highly recommended...
