I don’t recommend this restaurant. It was a disapointing experience. When we first arrived, we asked if we could pay by card cause we didnt have any cash on us, and they said it wasnt a problem, so at least that was fine. We ordered salmon and the goulash. The salmon we specifically asked for the sauce to be on the side cause the person couldn’t eat it, and eventhough they said it was okey, they brough it with sauce. The solution they gave was to put the piece of salmon on another dish, but not the rest of the food… For the goulash they served it with only 5 little pieced of pork meat, three potatoes pancakes and a lot of waterly sauce. Not good. I must say that the apple pie i asked for dessert was good. When I asked for the bill, they insisted on if we had cash to pay, and when we said again that we didnt have cash, the waiter put the machine to pay by card saying the price and not letting us see what were we parying. We asked to see the bill, and we saw that the tip was already included (almost 10€!!!), which we desagreed and said we didnt want to pay it. The waiter, who until that moment served us correctly, changed his face and not even said thank you for coming, have a good day or even good bye, very...
Read moreWalked in on a Sunday to an empty restaurant, which was a bit odd but such is life. Good music playing and comfy chairs was the one positive from the experience. When the waiter came to take our order, we were informed that both the Spinach and Beef pierogis were out of stock - those were the main reason we came here. When we said we needed more time as that was what we planned on ordering, he seemed annoyed. The second time we were able to place an order. Food came out fast, but somehow we ended up with two orders of the spinach pierogis, despite them supposedly being out of stock. He seemed bewildered and claimed we order the spinach, and it took a long conversation to sort it out. Additionally, the two non-pierogi dishes we ordered were mediocre at best, with the salmon being poorly seasoned and the goulash being served cold. The pierogis themselves were alright at best, but nothing to write home about. Left feeling extremely unsatisfied, and at the front they still attempted to add a tip without our consent; extremely poor experience overall and will not be coming back here. Would recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for...
Read moreWe went there while waiting for the Schindlers museum (as everyone does because no one right in the head would go there just like that). I obviously get it, that the prices are on the higher side as it's right in front of a tourist attraction, but to charge 52zł for 2 small cokes and 1 piece of cake should be a criminal offence. And then while paying being so greedy and say that "the tip isn't included", yeah? Obviously? I would hope so?? It wasn't some extraordinary service, did what had to be done and that's it. And the cake (cheesecake here) wasn't even that good to be 28zł, if you want to charge high prizes at least offer me...
