It’s unfortunate that this happened as the Tutti Santi in Warsaw was amazing. So my gfs parents are in town and we took them and a few friends to grab a pizza. We sat down with no issues, we ordered and everything seemed fine. Me and my friend ordered a pizza and a beer, my gf and her parents ordered pizza and a bottle of wine. The wine came but not our beers, the food came and still no beers, we asked the waitress if we could have the beers that we ordered and she proceeded to bring us 2 beers, both of which were not the ones we ordered. We did t really mind as the beers were still good. So the meal went smoothly and we asked for the bill. We split the bill individually which is quite common but I noticed that on the total we’d been charged for four beers. I informed the waitress that we had ordered those beers but they didn’t arrive and we’d pay for the 2 beers we had indeed drank. This blew her mind. She couldn’t understand that we had ordered them but they never came and therefore we were not going to pay for them. This argument (which had now included the chef) went on for 15 min. I asked to pay for 2 pizzas my single beer and a bottle of wine, when I checked my receipt she’d charged me for 3 beers and 2 pizzas. My friend who had also ordered said beer that didn’t arrive was also charged for 2 beers and his pizza. At this point we just wanted to go but we were not going to be swindled out of 2 beers. The frustrating thing about all this was it was the same waitress that took out food order, brought our drinks and food and took payment. She had no recollection of not bringing us the beers. It wasn’t particularly busy. The food was fantastic and I full recommend it, the service was atrocious and I’d double check your...
Read moreI recently went to the Italian restaurant "Tutti Santi" with a friend after my engineering thesis defense, and I have to say that it was an excellent choice.
We ordered the "Rucola" pizza and the "Sant' Andrea" pizza, both of which were absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The arugula on the "Rucola" pizza was a nice touch, and the salami Picante, fresh spinach, shrimp’s with oil spicy and cheese ricotta on the "Sant' Andrea" pizza were outstanding.
The service at Tutti Santi was impeccable. Our server was very attentive and friendly, and he made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also great - it had a cozy, rustic feel that was perfect for a relaxing dinner.
Overall, I would highly recommend Tutti Santi to anyone looking for great Italian food and top-notch service. It's definitely a must-visit restaurant...
Read moreWell, I was reserved about this place. I tend to be, when establishments win prizes and are all wa-wa-wee-wa. But we were positively surprised.
We tried a new (?) special - Bianca/-o - a pizza on a thin crispy dough without sauce and a smoked salmon salad. The pizza really divided us, some adored it, others didn't like the luck of sauce. The salad was very interesting - smoked salmon, buffalo mozzarella, oranges, mix of salads and black sesame. The food was fresh, fragrant and well seasoned.
The service was really good. Our waitress was a lovely young women, doing her best to serve a 6-people table. We had everything we need, she would check on us regularly, being always kind, polite and smiling.
