ALE DYM Dom Pizzy i Wina — Restaurant in Rzeszów

Short version: Honestly this pizza was perfect. There was nothing I would’ve wanted to change. Please try it or you will be missing the chance to experience pizza as good as in Napoli itself!

Long version: Before giving my review to this restaurant, I want to tell you a few words about my passion for pizza.: I went to Napoli for vacation and the original neapolitan pizza changed my understanding of how pizza should taste. After this vacation I started to make neapolitan pizza myself. So I understand how complicated it is to get everything perfect. Now to the review: This pizza at Ale Dym Dom Pizza comes as close as possible to real authentic neapolitan pizza. Trust me, the Pizza is on the same quality level. The dough is perfectly fermented, the edge of the crust (corniccione) is wonderful airy. It will rise again, after you slightly poke it with your finger. The rest of the crust is incredibly thin, but still crunchy. Even in napoli i have not experienced this crunch!if you hold one of the pieces of the pizza, the pizza will bend. In napoli they say the pizza bows in front of you. And also please don’t think the pizza is burned because of these little black spots on the corner. This is a sign of a really good pizza dough. It’s called leopard crust;) It is incredibly hard to get the dough to this perfection, trust me. There are so many important factors like hydration level, amount of yeast, proofing time etc. And at this pizzeria you have the chance to experience pizza perfection. I personally have never tasted pizza like this outside of napoli. There is a wide variety of pizza toppings and all of them are authentic, like for example fior di latte. But not only the pizza was amazing, I also liked the wine a lot! So enjoy a glass of wine with your pizza. Also the service was how you want the service to be: really friendly, nice and professional. The pizza maker himself (I believe his name is Gregory) is one of the nicest people i‘ve ever met. You can feel how important it is for him, that you enjoy your time there and that he wants to present the best pizza possible to you. So my conclusion: If you’re in Rzeszow and you like pizza, you have to visit this restaurant. It will be one of the best pizzas, if not the best pizza you‘ve ever tried. And if you‘re hungry and you want to snack something while walking through the city, then try Pizza portafolgio - it‘s traditional streetfood...

I recently dined at Ale Dym, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. Their pizza, in my opinion, is the best in town, particularly because of their exceptional dough. The dough at Ale Dym is simply lovely, offering a perfect combination of lightness and chewiness that makes every bite a delight.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and attentive service. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal. The menu had a wide variety of pizza options, each with unique and creative toppings.

When my pizza arrived at the table, I was immediately captivated by its aroma and visual appeal. But it was the first bite that truly won me over. The dough was perfectly cooked, with a crispy yet soft crust that melted in my mouth. It had a wonderful depth of flavor, and I could tell that it had been prepared with care and attention to detail.

The toppings on the pizza were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The combination of ingredients created a harmonious balance of tastes that complemented the exceptional dough. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the cheese, which was creamy and melted to perfection.

🤔Before I get into the rest let me say that we ordered the paachetelle and coppa di parma- while eating both of our stomachs came down with sharp stabbing pains, we were lucky to make it home in time 🤭. the crust; too chewy to be for pizza and the dough is lacking any remnants of salt. Luckily for us they didn’t have any boxes for takeaway because it would have been a waste. You’re only given one economical napkin and forget about the staff asking you if you need anything else.
