Food Festival experience: Was looking forward very much to this visit after checking out the restaurant website beforehand. The starter of smoked mackerel in mashed potato with onion and horseradish on top served in borscht didn't work together. The fish-potato on its own was quite nice but when served in the overly salted beetroot soup the combination just broke down. When the main course pork belly was served it looked so delicious and well prepared. Rightly enough, cutting into the meat had real promise of something special but unfortunately the beautiful fatty juiciness and tenderness of the meat were destroyed by the overwhelming saltiness. The nice enough sweet apple mousse served was a must to save the dish in some way. The dessert was an ok coconut pannacotta with a chocolate biscuit base and topped with suitably bittersweet orange. Not bad at all but was just.... ok. The service was not bad but slightly indifferent towards the customer. At no stage were we asked how we liked the food or was there something else we would like, which is a shame if the restaurant wants to promote itself as one of the best restaurants in town. I would like to think a good restaurant wants to make their customers feel appreciated and well taken care of. And being in one of the major tourist locations of the country it would be good for the waiting personnel to automatically pick up on at least trying to present the food and service in English when they hear there's an English speaking customer and not only when asked especially. So - as a promotional first time experience this was a disappointing experience all in all. A fair amount of potential but the lack in basic details in both food and service, the combined experience was only mediocre I'm...

It’s been couple of years since my last visit and I am very pelasantly surprised by this place👌🏻 Interior still somewhat minimalistic and simple but not without characteristic charm.. you feel the idea is to focus on the dishes you will receive. Brilliant lighting inside dining room keeping the interior dim and comfortable yet the table top gets more light so you can actually see your meal :) Main and only complain I have is the echo bouncing all over the place, otherwise everything beautiful and well planned. Beautiful brilliant glassware, plates and cutlery pleasant and spotless.. extremelly imporant for my as I know those little details mean I can expect a treat. Lady tending our table the whole evening was very pleasant, friendly and (important!) competent also regarding the wine. Fab welcome and service throughout the evening..thank you! And most important aspect of the evening - the food :) menu short and interesting especially I always appreciate sharing concept very much. Starters already were so interesting that we ended up ordering pretty much all of them and enjoyed every single one very much.. as well as delicious sourdough bread we asked for to start with. Fantastic food and service, what more one can expect from Monday night dinner in busy Sopot. I am extremely happy to be able to give you guys genuine thumbs up especially because I was very apprehensive due to my past experience there.. keep up good work! Definitely worth...

I have been in the UK for a number of years and can say i know my fish and chips. This restaurant serves the very best 5* fish and chips you can buy in tricity and probably this side of baltic sea. With that i need to add that if you order Shrimps you will get a dish that can easily be fighting in MasterChef competition. Biggest surprise for me was sorrel icecream this dish is very unique and definitely undermined. Wine list is probably one of the top 3 in this part of Poland with argon gas system and serving by the glass option for the top wines this is definitely worth visiting by wine lovers. Finally the service, its all about the people with passion and this has to go to Sommelier Rafał, thank you for your service its great to meet people with skills/knowledge and travel without moving from the seat to the land of top tier restaurant. Kind regards...

Iconic restaurant in Sopot! Perfectly located near the city center/beach for lunch or dinner. They have a few signature dishes that they change based on the season. We were here in November, so you have the menu attached from today 17.11.2021. We went for the duck (amazing) that comes with vegetables in a sort of bum and with a “bread ball” with meat inside (similar with Chinese Bao). We also tried the barszcz czerwony (beetroot soup) and placki ziemniaczane, which are potato pancakes with sour cream. They also have a very nice wine selection. We had a taste of an amazing white German wine that was just introduced in the menu. Photos with the dishes and the place below. Prices are average, host was amazing (perfect English, the menu can be in English as well, so it’s easy to order and get around) and the place has a cozy interior. I highly recommend this place. A+

Czary Mary w Sztuczce. Kurza pierś z (UWAGA TRUDNE!) rilletes z udek confit, łazankami z kapustą i boczkiem z sosem z szałwii i palonego masła. Herbaciany krem brulee z suszoną śliwką i ciastkiem maślanym. Menu B: Sernik z koziego sera z marynowanym burakiem, chrzanem i tapioką szczypiorkową. Grzybowe risotto, z serem brie, winegretem z szalotek i estragonem. Cóż...nie sądziłem, że to kiedyś powiem ale menu wegetariańskie było dużo ciekawsze. Przystawki w obu przypadkach rewelacyjne. Bardzo dobry, odświeżający tatar z jajeczkiem.. Były to jednak smaki dobrze mi znane. Danie główne w obu menu pomimo trudnych nazw i technik użytych w daniu mięsnym oraz absolutnej klasyki w daniu wege były zwyczajnie nudne. Smaczne aleee nudne.
