Kawiarnia Blisko Sopot — Restaurant in Sopot

We went to this place for breakfast. The atmosphere and the staff were really friendly, I'd give them a solid five out of five. The place is charming, and the bartender was really nice and took our order quickly. Our drinks, coffee and tea, came fast, but then we had to wait for our food for half an hour. The tea was good, but the Flat White turned out to be watery, by my taste, and didn't have that creamy foam on top. But the coffee bean were good.

After we finished our drinks, we just sat there waiting for our breakfast. It would have been okay if the food had been great, but it wasn't. My potato waffle with bacon and egg was dry and not very tasty, and the egg was poorly cooked. Come on, guys, frying an egg without over-drying the yolk - that's a must! My husband ordered a sandwich with vegetables and meat, which turned out to be two slices of tasty bread, with a thick layer of salad with ham, vegetables, and mayonnaise (!?) Mayo enthusiasts in the morning might enjoy it, but we didn't expect it. Mayonnaise should be mentioned in the menu.

So, the interior and staff - are great. The tableware deserves special mention - it's beautiful. The coffee seems promising, but needed to work on how to make it. The dishes definitely need to be improved. I hope the guys take into account customer feedback and continue to strive for excellence.Wishing...

To było najgorsze śniadanie w moim życiu!!! Po pierwsze, nie wyglądało to zbyt dobrze, pytając kelnerkę, dlaczego tak się stało, powiedziała że tak powinno być... widząc kwaśne ogórki wraz ze słodkim gofrem, byłem w szoku.... miała to być klasyczna gofra ze słodką gruszką i gorgonzolą, w końcu gruszka nie była świeża, zamiast sera jakaś pasta serowa... smakowała okropnie!!!!!! Mąż wziął sobie śniadanie angielskie, które wyglądało nie lepiej, ale smakowało też niezbyt dobrze.... zostawiliśmy prawie całe danie. Po drugie, obsługa była okropna, kelnerki nie można się doczekać, mimo że tylko dwa stoliki były zajęte... mąż otrzymał danie przed moim prawie 30 minut, podczas gdy gofry gotują się nie dłużej niż 10 minut... poprosiliśmy o rachunek i nie przynieśliśmy go, mąż musiał iść sam..... za to i lemoniadę z meczów zapłaciliśmy 109 zł!!! Nie polecam tego miejsca nikomu!!!!! Szkoda, że nie można ocenić, to był koszmar... zostaliśmy głodni i...

A cool and atmospheric place in Sopot. It was a big company of us (9 people) but we were able to settle down here. Wonderful friendly stuff, good specialty coffee (drip) and nutritious menu.
