I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn others. I went to this restaurant on 25th August 2025 for Lunch with my girlfriend, hoping to have a nice meal. Instead, we were subjected to some of the rudest, most unprofessional service I have ever seen in my life. The server (named GLIB) not only treated us with complete disrespect but also spoke to my girlfriend in an openly impolite and RACIST manner in Polish when she ordered the food. In 2025, I honestly cannot believe such behaviour is tolerated in any establishment, let alone one that pretends to serve customers with hospitality. The entire experience left us shocked and extremely uncomfortable. We walked out of there feeling degraded and insulted. This wasn’t just “bad service”, it was offensive, discriminatory, and absolutely unacceptable. If management has even the slightest sense of responsibility, they should be ashamed and take immediate action against such staff. Until then, I would strongly advise everyone to stay far, far away from this place. There are plenty of restaurants that know how to treat people like human beings – this one clearly does not. Zero stars if I...
Read moreCame here for Pierogies. A lovely, cozy place in the city centre, nice menu. However the service was a bit of a different experience. One waiter to be exact. The rest of the staff was very friendly but the waiter serving us was rude. We ordered pierogies with pumpkin but instead he brought us a pumpkin dish. I informed a different waiter that this is not the order we made and he immediately took care of it very nicely. But our primary waiter came few minutes later to ask what the problem was. As we explained what we ordered, he was trying to convince us that we asked and even showed a different dish on the menu. When we know exactly we showed and even said the word pierogies with pumpkin. After all, that was the initial idea why we came here in the first place. The waiter was arguing and then just rolled his eyes and angrily walled away. That was a terrible serving experience. However, as mentioned, the rest of staff were lovely and the place overall...
Read moreWe had a lunch menu. It cost 23 PLN and for that price in Poland... I don't know, I maybe expected little bit more. Soup was tomato soup with rice. Italian will be so mad about rice in soup and that soup saw tomatoes maybe from plane. Main course was very good and desert was excelent, but look at that amount of desert in photo. It was cube of 2cm each side, so it was for two scoops and it was done. For drink we had Czech Beer Kozel for 12 PLN without foam, which is for this beer typical. Problem was that this beer was made in Poznan, Poland so as Czech tourist I definetely don't reccomend to drink this beer in that restaurant, because if you visit Poland before Czech Republic, you will never want to try this beer again and in my opinion that's the best beer in Czech Republic. Atmosfere was good, in bathroom was extremly loud music, waiters was average, nothing special. For 35 PLN I have to admit, that it wasn't...
