We stayed one night but need to come back for more! A beautiful hotel and a great location, close to the most important attractions. ❤️ Beautiful red carpets, designer decor, mosaic motif. You can see the attention to every detail. In the room there is a mole mascot, books, coffee set. 🙂 Delicious breakfasts and a large selection of sweet and savory food, and even pizza and a glass of champagne. Beautiful view from the window, cozy and bright interiors. Cafe mosaic is also a very atmospheric place. Stylish lamps, high ceilings and a library where you can work in peace. Kind and helpful service. ❤️ Ah, and the secret garden! A nice space to rest among greenery, peace and quiet and cozy deckchairs, and a fountain and gold fish. I recommend and would love to come back.

Although I'm not based in Warsaw, I happened upon this place on a recent trip to Warsaw, and have since been back again recently. Mozaika is a truly rare place where everything happens together. Good vibe, friendly and accommodating staff, and amazing food! Both times we tried a huge variety of dishes and were very happy with everything we picked. If I have to be at all critical about anything, it's only that it took a few attempts to get a table, but I can see exactly why the place is always packed in summer or winter. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is a very cool restaurent on a Main Street. You have a good diversity in the menu and the prices are ok++. I’ll recommend you two things, the homage seasonal lemonade (summer 2019 with mango) and the gnocchi with cheese sauce. The pasta were amazing, but you wouldn’t choose that if you’re very hungry... yet, the chopped beef cotlet (or something similar) was gigantic and pretty good too! The last meal on the picture is also a kind of cotlet with a meat sauce, good too.

Well, I'm actually surprised with all the comments about good food because my experience was totally different. The desert was good. I had better cheesecake, but it was good. The welcome snack- Polish pate - was OK, too.

You have to book a table in advance, because the place is famous. That is why I had al the expectations. But my food was bad (pleskavica and mezze), and my partner's food was even worse (musaka).

  1. Pleskavica was bad because: It was too thick and so it had bad texture, was overcooked on the outside. It was about 2,5cm thick. I had pleskavuca before in Zagreb and Croatian sea side places, in Belgrade, in Kyiv, in Berlin. These guys here don't know what a pleskavica is. vegie sides were unripe and low-quality. I don’t think the idea is to grill a green tomato it is served with spicy mayo like the one they have in McDonald's but it doesn’t go well with the meat.
  2. mezze was very bad because: the texture and taste of their original veggie balls made it obvious that they put a lot of flour or starch to keep it together. Very, very poor veggie painted dough balls is what you get. other Turkish-style paste sides were OK but probably the worst I had if compared with places where I tried them before in Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, and all the Turkish and Arabic cuisine places in Europe, including Warsaw low-quality ingredients, even cucumbers and tomatoes
  3. musaka was bad because it was made with bad vegetables. Also, I didn't like the plethora of add-ons to the classical recepie. Like I get it, if you want change potatoes for batata or pumpkin, but not to mix it all plus cheddar cheese (or something like cheddar).

I didn't tell this to the staff. But asked me themselves. So I shared my opinion. They panicked, they don't know what to do in these situations. So, the waitress stared at me first, then went to bring the manager, who stared at me, feeling almost offended, but I only told her that all their ingredients are low-quality and that I can taste it in every dish. Its about quality ant taste and not their feelings. I told them that I never wanted a discount or anything and I'm just sharing my opinion cause they asked.

I must say that it looked like all other clients were really happy with what they got there.

But my opinion is that they were happy to be in a famous place with a cosy atmosphere and didn’t care much about the taste of the food. With all the positive comments here, probably I'm mistaken.

Please don't hurt me if give you another chance and visit the...

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food was good, my overall experience was marred by poor communication and unprofessional service regarding payment policies and handling of the bill. The restaurant accepts only cash during weekends—a policy that was not communicated to me at any point. I made my reservation online, and while my request was accepted, there was no mention of this restriction. When we arrived at the restaurant, the waiter took our order without informing us about the cash-only policy. It was only when we asked for the bill and attempted to pay by card that we were told card payments were not possible. The explanation provided was that this information is displayed on the door of the restaurant—but only in Polish. As non-Polish speakers, this detail was completely lost on us. The waiter should have informed us about this policy when taking our order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Instead, we had to leave the restaurant to find an ATM and withdraw cash, which disrupted our dining experience. The second issue occurred when we paid the bill. We were owed 15 zł in change, but the waiter returned with only 10 zł and attempted to leave without any explanation. When he noticed us discussing it, he came back and told us he didn’t have 5 zł to give us. He offered to give us 10 zł if we managed to find 5zl, as we did, but this should have been communicated upfront when he brought the change—not after we realized something was wrong. On a positive note, the food itself was good but the lack of communication about payment policies and the mishandling of change left a bad impression. Unfortunately, due to these avoidable inconveniences, I don’t think I will choose this restaurant again in the future unless significant improvements are made in...

Terrible service; decent food. I live in the neighbourhood, so I've been to Mozaika a few times. The food is decent (Polish-Mediterranean mix); the ambiance is cool (lots of plants, cushions, candle lighting, big windows); the service has always been just a touch off (slow waitstaff, bringing out food at weird times/not in sync). But I had an experience there this week that left a terrible mark: an extraordinarily rude maître d'; a long wait to be noticed at all; and a distracted waitstaff. We were sitting at a table with a small child, and I finally snagged one waitstaff member to ask about the soup of the day. I was told to wait and ask someone else. I waited, and—nothing. I waited longer, and finally, after about 10 minutes of not one single acknowledgment by any staff member, we left. As we passed out of the restaurant, we saw a group of 3–4 wait staff and kitchen staff chatting by the kitchen. I don't know what the issue was—whether they were short-staffed, whether they were giving us bad service because of the maître d', or whether the wait staff is just seasonal and poorly trained, but after this experience, I feel I can no longer recommend Cafe Mozaika. Not until they put a few...
