Tasty food, a bit overpriced, nice waitresses/baristas but weak service.

Went for breakfast with a friend on a Sunday morning. We ordered two coffees, the English Breakfast, and Eggs Benedict. The cafe was quite full so we knew that we would have to wait a bit for the food. We received our coffees about 15 min after ordering. A bit of a long wait but like I said, it was expected. The coffees were great, but we expected to get our food shortly after. The English Breakfast came out about 15 minutes after the coffees. The coffees were already starting to get a bit cold by now. Since we only had one meal out of two, we wanted to wait for the second one before we started eating. We waited about 10 minutes and decided that the food would be cold by the time the second meal came out, so my friend started eating. My meal came out about 15 minutes after he started eating. This is almost half an hour disparity between meals, meaning that my friend was basically done with his meal by the time I even saw mine. This was quite annoying and there was a large group of people sitting next to us that ordered probably around 20 min after us and got their meals right after I got mine. Bad service - starting from communication, ending with the most important thing - serving food and drinks. When placing an order for 4 persons (4 dishes, 2 coffees, 1 tea), no one informed about us about the waiting time (if place is heavy loaded with orders - it would be good be warned about it, because the place was not full of the customers). Food was brought to one person pretty fast, but to question about drinks the answer was: you have to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the rest of the food was brought, but not the drinks. You could understand from the employee that every request is like a burden to him. After we had eaten the breakfast and waited patiently for drinks for 40 minutes, a repeated question about drinks was followed by an answer - 5 more minutes. Well, when the hour had already passed and we still didn't get the drinks, we gave up, listened to the employees' complaints about the heavy workload, got a refund and left. The staff of the breakfast cafe should understand that in the morning - coffee/tea is top priority not just a nice thing to have. Motivated, happy employees = happy, satisfied customers. Detailed Review: Went there for breakfast. The weather was very warm, so sat outside. It’s very peaceful and quiet on the patio. The staff is very kind and helpful. The service was quick. Went with the Tofu Scramble (6/10). It was good, but not something I would reorder. Has a distinct turmeric taste and was a little sour (lemon?). Not bad though. Friend ordered Eggs Benedict without bacon. She loved it (8/10). The portion sizes are a little too small. The coffee was very good! One of the best coffee at a café so far in Warsaw (not a specialty coffee shop).

Kubek w Kubek, thank you for your response! To answer your question, I think it would be great if you added more gluten free options (bread, pastries, and other GF dishes) and more meat/protein options like beef/lamb sausages and smoked salmon....
