Worst restaurant experience ever...I called them at 9:22 PM and asked if I can order after reaching there, I was on the way to restaurant by 13 mins away but I show the timing and it says 10 PM closing but pick up available until 10. So I called them if I can order on the way or after reaching there. They agreed to order after reaching there but only take away. I have call recording and proof that not only one person but one by one 3 persons get on the phone and agreed. But when I reach there by 9:33 PM. They said I can't even order to pick up. I literally told them I am coming from Ursus just for them and it was 14.5 kms from my home, and they agreed and refused order later. No restaurant does such kind of disrespect of customer. And when I was leaving there was a couple who entered at the same moment. And guess what they took their order. What should I call this kind of restaurant...resist, disrespectful, double standard or a restaurant with low quality staff and manager??? I was hungry and equally angry at the same time. But I am Indian so I let it go... But my review won't...

This place is an absolute gem! 😍 If you're a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine, you'll definitely want to add this falafel and hummus joint to your list. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, perfect for a relaxing meal. The staff are fantastic, and they're happy to help you navigate the menu if you're unfamiliar with the dishes. They speak English and Polish, so don't worry if you're a tourist. 🌍

The washroom is always clean and accessible. They also have a great selection of hot and cold beverages to complement your meal. ☕️🍹

How it works: Head to the counter, pay, and grab your beeper. Find a table and wait for the buzz to collect yourdish. 🍴

Transport: Just a couple of minutes walk away from Morskie Oko tram stop on Line 18. 🚋

Recommendations: Shakshouka with eggplant. The flavours are wonderful, and the falafels are crisp on the outside, and not too heavy.

Don't miss an opportunity to enjoy their green park-adjacent outdoor seating in summer on a sunny day. Overall a must-visit if you're...

I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. The long queues were unbearable, and it was obvious they were severely understaffed. The few staff members who were there seemed completely overwhelmed, irritated, and exhausted, which made the entire atmosphere incredibly uncomfortable.

I placed an order for food to go, but when I arrived, they had completely forgotten it was supposed to be takeout and had prepared everything for dine-in instead. When I pointed out their mistake, they acted as if it was my fault, and to make matters worse, they refused to even put the food in bags for me to take home. The sheer lack of basic customer service and consideration was shocking.

I’m extremely disappointed and would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. I will never be...

The falafel was great but the service was horrible. The staff was laughing and giggling over us ordering in English. Something I have never encountered in Poland before as they are almost always very polite and Service minded - and speak good English. The young girls behind the counter did not even let us know they did not understand English but shouted after a colleague who took our order (meanwhile the girls where still laughing and giggling ringt behind him and repeating some of the English words we had used). The outside seating was not as nice as the pictures on Google as a bigger road is right outside, so it is quite loud. Bit Inside it was much nicer to sit. I'd say come for the food, as it was very tasty, but don't expect much more.

Well, it's okay to try vegan food but prepare to receive a massive amount of the vegan fuel and if you're eating out with family I recommend going for one dish fewer than the number of your family members. Provided that you pick main dishes, two will be just enough for 3 casual people. There is one thing I would highly suggest. It's a yellow mango dessert which is made of chia and something else and that composition makes it delicious. It's neither too sweet nor to whatever. I can't really say what that was made of but it's both tasty and healthy. You must give it a try. Besides that, prices are rather low and the place is cozy. However, I discourage all meat lovers to eat there. Just like me, you guys are gonna cry for meat hahah.

I've been once, so I might have been unlucky. Or that's just the way this dish is (Israel zestaw). But. Even for middle east cuisine, there are too many spices. Also, apparently they didn't adjust the salt because of the spices, and the food was over-salted on top of everything else. The pittas don't tear, but crumble in the hands. Maybe they're not made with classic wheat flour, so that's why. Orders are taken instantly and there are a lot of people. Maybe I was just unlucky. I will write a second review after the second attempt.
