Concept Food & Wine in Praga Północ is a fantastic fine dining experience set in a beautifully renovated factory. The location itself is a gem, surrounded by interesting artistic spots and museums, making it a perfect destination for both food and culture enthusiasts. We originally visited to try the deer burger, which was excellent, but the real surprise was the Polish steak—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ambiance is elegant yet inviting, and the service is top-notch. It’s clear the restaurant puts great care into each dish. To prawdopodobnie pierwsza negatywna opinia w życiu, gdyż raczej poza wstawieniem 5 gwiazdek lub niekomentowaniem gdyż potrafię zrozumieć że ktoś miał zły dzień (również pracowałem w gastronomii) nie wypisuje tutaj nic. Ale po piątkowej kolacji, nie potrafię zrozumieć jak szanowna Pani kelnerka (blondynka, niższego wzrostu - tak chce żebyś wiedziała że to Ty) potrafi spoglądać spod nosa na klienta i obgadywać zza baru co chwilę łypiąc spode łba, myśląc, że tego nie widać :D od początku dało się poznać, że kelnerce średnio przypadł do gustu klient który nie przyszedł ubrany elegancko, jest młodszy i żartuje ze sobą wzajemnie. Przez całą kolację brak jakiegokolwiek zainteresowania czy wszystko w porządku przy stoliku lub czy z jedzeniem wszystko ok - a niestety z jedzeniem nie było wszystko ok - poza wyselekcjonowanym mięsem, dodatki niedoprawione. Dania zdecydowanie nie były warte swojej ceny. Jedno z dań - ryba - była w jednym miejscu surowa, a wydaje mi się że nie było w menu mowy o sushi. I z tego wszystkiego machnąłbym ręką, jak to robię w zwyczaju nie wystawiałbym żadnej opinii ani dawał niskiej oceny - lecz wyżej wspomniana Pani swoją ignorancją i psioczeniem na boku czy rzucaniem spojrzeń przy stoliku skłoniła mnie do wypisania tutaj swoich odczuć. Może Pani jest niedługo w Warszawie i ma poczucie, że skoro już pracuje w takiej restauracji to może sobie oceniać klientów ostentacyjnie i dostosowywać swoją jakoś(ć) obsługi do jej preferencji klienta z którym chce mieć odczynienia. Panowie za barem mili, nie odczułem negatywnych wibracji od wspomnianych.
