The reviews are accurate. Excellent customer service and nice ambience. I wasn't sure if this was on a seperate building at first, but it is in the Floor 2 of the Hotel actually, it was easy to find right next to the casino entrance. Had bday dinner and the place was relatively empty but honestly how we prefer it. Felt like having a candlelit dinner to ourselves. The food was excellent, we had a lovely time and stayed til closing time, never felt rushed at all and everyone was very friendly - staff spoke to us in both English and Polish. There were probably 5 staff there closing and only us two left. Appetizer, Two Main Entree and Two Dessert we spent altogether 500Zloty including tip. The view was lovely but it's not a rooftop bar per say, the window overlooks Warsaw Central and the Palace of Culture and Science, which is a great place perhaps beforehand if you want a view from the top before going to dinner. We were very disappointed with the food. The menu has poor choice of the dishes - there is no offer of the Polish cuisine at all, just standard international menu. The chicken was so much oversalted, you can not feel any taste of it; the lamb chops were ok, but we were never asked how we would like it done: we ordered 2 plates - one of them was cooked medium and another one was medium rare- for the person who likes it well done; the vegetable sauté which goes with the meat was also oversalted and spicy- there was no mention of it in the menu. The view on warsaw railway station and palace of culture is always amazing! We chose the black angus, medium cooked perfectly, but the sides were presented quite poorly : 2 spoons of just pan-cooked spinach / too simple and ordinary for this type of restaurant : some added crème fraîche and nutmeg or a spinach gratin to enhance the meat would have been perfect. 2 small points of potatoes purée / very tasty , could be bigger!! 3 slices of good mushrooms. We had to order extra fries for our hungry bellies and paid an extra, for a main course already costing 165 PLN... Quite disappointing... The Italian wine why not? was perfect with the meat.
