Where do I even begin... My friends tried to book a table for all of us but they never answered the phone after several days of trying. My concierge ended up successfully making a reservation for us after multiple attempts and way too much effort.

Upon showing up, we weren't even properly greeted, but instead shoved and rushed over to an unpleasant table in the very back corner of the outdoor patio. It was very cold that evening, and we did not expect to have to be outdoors. This was the start to our absolutely ridiculous dining experience. To preface everything, our extremely poor experience seemed like it was all because of our server that evening.

We kindly asked our server if we could sit at a table indoors, but he literally laughed at our ask, and firmly denied us. We noticed a heater near our table, and kindly asked if it could be turned on. He told us that the heater was broken. This was strange because we noticed that every other heater on the patio was working just fine.

We took his word, and kindly asked for blankets as we noticed other guests with blankets. The server said that they don't give out blankets. We pointed out that other guests have blankets, and then he changed his word and said that they don't have any left. It was clear that he just didn't want to make the effort to get us blankets. We told him that he could just give us 2 blankets for just the ladies in our group. He was again quick to say no, but then out of nowhere, he agreed. He gave us the 2 blankets after almost 20 minutes and several reminders. At this point, we were all shivering from the cold.

We asked our server very simple and reasonable questions about the menu, and he did not give us any straight answers, mocked our questions, and rushed us to order. We put in our orders, and finally received our drinks after about 20 minutes. The server very rudely slammed our drinks on our table and walked away without saying anything. We were appalled.

Another 20 minutes go by, and our food finally arrives. Everything seemed like it was thrown together quickly, and the most unbelievable part was that despite 2 of us ordering the exact same thing, each one of the dishes were different. One came with a salad, and the other came with French fries. We kindly asked if the salad could be switched to fries because all of us understood that fries came with the dish. The server first said that they don't serve fries. This was absurd, as we literally had fries on the table. We asked to see a menu again, and he denied us. We finally convinced him to let us see a menu after discussing it for over 5 minutes, and we showed him exactly where it said the dish would come with fries. He then angrily agreed to bring us fries.

After almost 15 minutes, he comes over with a tiny plate with 2 French fries on it. Literally, 2 French fries. He throws it on our table, and tells us, "Here are your fries." in a sarcastic manner. It was clear that he was just trying to mock and upset us even more. At this point, we just accepted it. We were speechless.

Throughout the entire evening, the server kept making rude remarks and inappropriate conversation, all while acting extremely unprofessional and immature. We quickly finished our food, which wasn't bad, but honestly nothing special. We asked the server for the bill, which also took him forever to get to us.

We asked our server if it was possible to split the bill between us, and he aggressively says no. He starts making rude comments about each one of us, including pointing his fingers at me, and saying "Why do you need to split the bill? This guy can pay. He has Canadian money!" He had earlier found out that I also live in Canada after very rudely asking where I was from. He then aggressively ordered me to pay the bill. This was the breaking point. We quickly paid and rushed out.

Everything was almost comical. I typically never leave poor reviews, but this has been haunting me for the past year. The most horrendous experience ever. Maybe it was just this server, but regardless, we will...
