The impression is hard to describe, especially when you have the opportunity to visit different sky bars and restaurants, delivering the quality set by the location and price. In terms of service, I’m giving this place very poor grade, people working in this place seem to be lost, completely forgetting that the customer comes first, we prepare the whole experience for customers, and take care of them to welcome them again. Unfortunately people working in Panorama were unfriendly, little to no professionalism, as we leaved, it looked like it was a relief, another paying customer, treated as a number. Almost whole order was served at the same time, despite being asked not to do so. The waitress was little bit concerned that we wanted to leave immediately, our clothes was given to as, in the way you are throwing out trash. No more to say. In terms of food, very, and I mean very average, high prices, small portions, nothing special. I don’t mind paying more for the food if it delivers the quality. Here you can taste food as in every casual, poor quality restaurant, with the small difference, causing you to pay almost as for a fine dining. Last but not least, atmosphere. Music was a little bit confusing for me, I felt like I was in a club. It seems like the place works thanks to the location, obviously great views, and the “Marriott” brand. Hopefully management in other Marriotts is aware that the experience is the most priceless thing for the customer, especially if you have the advantage of location and unspoken prestige. Nothing...

I would like to express my concern regarding an unpleasant interaction I had with a staff member at the Panorama Bar, located on the 40th floor of the hotel. The individual in question, Ms. Agata from the sales department, demonstrated a complete lack of customer service.

While I was calmly sitting on a couch near the elevators with a friend— having coffee —Ms. Agata approached us in an abrupt and accusatory manner. She began questioning whether we were guests at the hotel, which floor we were staying on, and implied that we had no right to be on that floor since the restaurant was not open at the time.

Rather than handling the situation with basic courtesy or professionalism, she continued in a condescending and confrontational tone. What made this experience even more troubling was the clear sense that her behavior was rooted in PROFILING —either racial or based on our appearance. My friend and I were dressed casually at the time (2PM). It was evident that, simply by looking at us, she made a judgment that we did not "belong" in the space.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any hospitality setting, especially in an establishment that prides itself on high standards. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, so that all guests—regardless of how they look or what they wear—are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Clearly - we DON'T recommend this place and will...

On 1st impressions, good, shown to table, asked what I would like to drink, then given what believed to be a smoked popcorn pot of lovelies! Very nice! Drink arrived,  whisky old fashioned, cheaper than 40 floors below and far better!! The food options are like a tapas bar, my 1st choice are the tempura prawns, let's wait to see how good these bad boys are!!. The place is busy straight away, good for them bad for us!! The female waiting staff seem to be very concerned about how their hair looks!! Wafting it around like a new form of fashion! I have just asked to move from my table, I was directly above an air vent, things were getting cool!! No problem there. I've now just been informed my 1st choice of food is imminent, alongside a cheeky blood Mary that I have become a fan of!! Well the best I've  ever had, tempura prawns were fantastic, jap' mayo a real winner, can you say Jap'?? Whoops!! A young staff member tells me the pulled pork Chinese buns are the way forward, so a nod with a thank you, they should arrive in a few minutes, oh and another bloody Mary just showed up, extra Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, 100% banging! All of a sudden the pork buns arrived, they look good, smell good, let's give them a go. Wow!! Pork, slaw', mayo, what a winner! I'm going to leave this review here, The staff are awesome, food awesome and drinks awesome! The easiest review I've ever had to do. Happy...

I am regularly visiting the Panorama Skybar. How to get there? Go into the Mariott Hotel straight and then take the elevator to the 40th floor. If you plan a visit during the weekend, please make a reservation 1 week minimum in advance. Otherwise, you will stand in a cue for up to 30 min. The prices are high like the level you are in but not insane overcharged. You will have a fantastic Warsaw skyline view and you are very close to the Palac. The Skybar has 2 floors and the quality is very good. Unfortunately they lacking a bit of classical cocktails and changing the menu. I hope you will bring back the Duchess cocktail. You will get a small bowl of salted mini pretzel free of charge. Cocktails are around 50 to 80 PLN They have a good service and you can store your jackets by a wardrobe with the help of the staff. The toilets are clean and fresh. . The music is good too. They accept cards and cash. I recommend a visit there if you are willing to pay a higher price for an fantastic view.

Review: Panorama Sky Bar – Warsaw Perched on the 40th floor of the Presidential Hotel in Warsaw, the Panorama Sky Bar offers an unforgettable experience – but be sure to book in advance, as seating is limited and this spot fills up quickly. Thankfully, it stays open late into the night. We ordered the beef tartare and sushi bites, paired with three expertly crafted cocktails. Everything was delicious – the drinks were perfectly balanced, and the food was fresh and full of flavour. While the prices reflect the high-end atmosphere and spectacular views, it’s well worth it for a romantic night out or an impressive business meeting. The service was exceptional – attentive, friendly, and professional. The real highlight? The view. We timed our visit for sunset and stayed into the evening, watching the city light up below. It was nothing short of magical. Highly recommend – just don’t forget to reserve your spot! #SkyBar #PanoramaRestaurant #WarsawSkyline #WarsawSights #FoodReview
