Мы регулярно посещали это заведение с семьёй, но сегодня были крайне разочарованы. Первое, что бросилось в глаза, — ужасно солёный соевый соус, который, по всей видимости, был либо низкого качества, либо просрочен. Это серьёзный минус для заведения, специализирующегося на суши.

Далее — ситуация с сетом. Когда мы попросили упаковать остаток с собой, оказалось, что нескольких суши не хватает. На наш вопрос официантка ответила, что они 'развалились', поэтому их не стали класть в пакет. Это абсурдное объяснение, так как суши были в порядке.

Такая ситуация совершенно неприемлема. Качество обслуживания оставляет желать лучшего, а отношение к клиенту вызывает только разочарование. Мы больше не планируем посещать это заведение и будем искать новое место для семейных ужинов. Друзьям и знакомым я бы точно не советовал приходить сюда.

Regularnie odwiedzaliśmy tę restaurację z rodziną, ale dzisiaj byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani. Pierwsze, co rzuciło się w oczy, to wyjątkowo słony sos sojowy, który najwyraźniej był niskiej jakości lub przeterminowany. To poważny minus dla lokalu specjalizującego się w sushi.

Kolejna kwestia dotyczy zestawu sushi. Kiedy poprosiliśmy o zapakowanie reszty na wynos, okazało się, że brakuje kilku sztuk. Na nasze pytanie kelnerka odpowiedziała, że się 'rozpadły', więc nie zostały zapakowane. To absurdalne wyjaśnienie, bo sushi na talerzu były w idealnym stanie.

Taka sytuacja jest całkowicie nieakceptowalna. Jakość obsługi pozostawia wiele do życzenia, a podejście do klienta budzi jedynie rozczarowanie. Nie planujemy już odwiedzać tego miejsca i będziemy szukać nowej restauracji na rodzinne kolacje. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego lokalu znajomym i rodzinie.

Next was the issue with the sushi set. When we asked to pack the leftovers to take away, we noticed that a few pieces were missing. When we asked about it, the waitress explained that they 'fell apart,' so they were not included in the package. This is an absurd explanation, as the sushi were perfectly fine when served on the table.

This situation is completely unacceptable. The quality of service leaves much to be desired, and the attitude towards customers is disappointing. We do not plan to visit this place again and will look for a new spot for family dinners. I definitely would not recommend this restaurant to friends or family.

Still good, but not as good as it was before pandemic... As to Your question, what could be better - I know Your place for more than 10 years, probably (first time I've visited Art Sushi in Poznan Browar in 2007). Empty tables look very distracting (there were woven bamboo pads) and small vases with flowers. It gives sense of coziness. Another great distinctive feature of japanese restaurants is small wet hot towels to clean Your hands before the meals - it is like a part of the ritual. I understand that most of these "losses" might be due to Covid, but I can't stop comparing how it is/how it was before. The sushi was great, by the way, though not decorated with flowers, as in earlier days...

We went to a restaurant for dinner. Although we made a reservation in advance, we were told to sit at the table which was supposed to keep their work-related stuff. They got it cleaned, pulled a chair from another table and asked us to sit. However, we saw there was one unoccupied table reserved for people of 2. We asked them to make us sit at that table. We were told it was reserved. But we also had a reservation, and it was not fair at all and rude. We observed a few tables occupied by singles, though those were supposed to be sitting by 4.
