It is honestly one of the worst places we've been to recently. Their service is the worst!
We booked a place in advance, but when we came, we were seated at the separate table near the toilet. And it was really a SEPARATED place behind the wall from where all other guests were seated right next to the toilet door. We asked to change the seat and being obviously annoyed our waiter agreed. He was still obviously annoyed for the rest of the evening.
When we ordered food and drinks, the first dish came after 20 mins or so, we ate it in about 15 Minutes. For the next dish, which was chinkali, we had to wait for 50 Minutes with no warning or anything. He didn't even come to us once to let us know that we need to wait or smth. We ordered 1 chinkali with lamb and one with chees. When the chinkali came, he presented it in such a manner: "Here are your chinkali, sorry it was a little longer. Here are the ones with cheese, here are the ones with lamb or turkey, whatever you ordered" and just left. It was quite rude, in my opinion. We waited for so long and he didn't even care to present the dish in a presentable way.
The chinkali itself were okay, the lamb ones were good enough, but the cheese ones were not good.
When we asked for the bill, he came and in the middle of transaction he turned his back on us, maybe he had some problems with the terminal or smth, then turned back to us, gave the bill and left. What a service.
With the other guests, he was visibly more friendly. I guess he didn't like that we asked to change the near the toilet seat to the normal one.
The other important thing is that they add a 10% service fee, which they DO NOT warn you about. And if it is written somewhere, it is not that easy to find.
All in all, I highly not recommend this place. It is not nice, the service is bad, the food is...
Read moreOn arrival, I asked for a table of two. The lady who was at the door said yes and then stood staring. It was only when I looked behind her, I could see the coat racks and ascertained she was waiting for us to take our coats off. We were then passed to another waiter and it was immediately obvious he cared little about seating us or waiting for us. We were seated and left with menus for a while. When taking our order, they did not have what I ordered in and was very abruptly told so. So whilst my other half ordered, I quickly scanned through the menu again to find something else. Drinks were eventually brought over. Yes, the food that was then brought to our table was very enjoyable. My food was thrown to the edge of the plate by the way it was just dumped in front of me, but it tasted good. After finishing, it was clear the staff were more concerned with reorganising the entire restaurant than seeing to us. Eventually, a waitress came over with a smile and took our plates away. We then eventually waved down the original waiter and without any offer of a dessert menu we asked to pay the bill. Quite frankly, I didn't want to stick around to have dessert anyway. There was a 10% service charge automatically included in the bill that I was far from happy paying. Following this, we then had to search out our own coats because nobody made any move to assist us as we left. Overall, food was very tasty, but completely spoilt by the attitude of the staff we encountered, bar the one waitress who managed a smile. I think it's pot luck. I could see other patrons being treated a lot better than we were and I suspect it was the attitude of select members of staff, but it's made me not want to return again nor would I recommend it to...
