I work near this bakery and having tasted coffee, I started to pick it up every day. I really liked the taste with caramel notes and the price for this area is reasonable. The only thing I didn’t like, was that the staff was not very friendly, but I didn’t pay attention.
However, over time, it became simply impossible to ignore. CONSTANTLY the same employees do not make a full cup of coffee! Up to a HALF EMPY CUP! Once I bought absolutely cold coffee. After the request, they still changed to a new one, but these faces were remembered for a long time. Periodically just serve "bad" coffee. I am not an expert, I don’t know how to make bad or good coffee on one machine, but they can do this. More precisely, some employees make "normal" coffee more often than others.
Once i stood in line of 7 people, while employees are talking to each other. There was even a moment when three of them stood at the same cash register and JUST TALK. At this time, at the second cashier, a single employee serviced a queue of 10 people without even help. Probably, that's why the employees there are the same. New ones just do not stay. So I stopped visiting there. The simplest solution.
And today, after half a year or more, I decided to see if something has changed. NOT. All the same employees. No friendliness. And AGAIN half a cup of coffee. I do not have good Polish skills to understand and put something in place, so I’ll just have to stop going there completely. Good place killed by bad...

I recently visited this establishment and was appalled by the abysmal service. Despite having two cash registers, both staff members were inexplicably stationed at a single register, attending to two indecisive customers who were taking an inordinate amount of time choosing which slice of cold pizza to have reheated. Meanwhile, I was left waiting, unable to simply purchase two doughnuts at the other register. This level of inefficiency and lack of customer consideration is unparalleled in all of Warsaw.
After spending 10 minutes observing this incompetence, I decided to leave without making a purchase. The situation was exacerbated by the staff’s complete disregard for the growing line of customers. Their unwillingness to open the second register or even acknowledge those waiting was both frustrating and disrespectful. Such inattentiveness not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also diminishes the overall customer experience.
