I really enjoyed the ramen itself and believe that, for Eastern Europe, they make a truly good ramen. However, the service is a complete disaster—an absolute disaster!
For the owners' record, we visited late in the evening on January 9, 2025.
When we arrived, no one even came to the front to greet us. We had to approach a waiter ourselves and ask for a table. The waiter told us we needed to wait while she prepared and cleaned the table. However, instead of cleaning our table, she started doing everything else—cleaning other tables, working at the cash register, and so on. Eventually, we just sat down at the table ourselves without her offering it to us.
Throughout our visit, the waitress, a woman, didn’t say a single word unless absolutely necessary. When we ordered or asked her something, her only responses were a simple “yes” or “no,” even though we spoke to her in her native language. What’s worse, when she brought us our food, she didn’t provide any chopsticks, spoons, or anything else we could use to eat the ramen. I tried to get her attention by making eye contact and raising my hand, but she ignored me. Another guest eventually approached her and told her we didn’t have chopsticks or spoons. Eventually, we waited for our chopsticks and spoons for 5 minutes after being served the ramen.
Lastly, it was very hot and stuffy inside, which made it feel like the ventilation wasn’t working properly.
This feedback is primarily for the owners, as this kind of service will definitely not convert casual visitors into loyal customers. Please pay attention...
Read moreMy friends and I were excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, the service completely ruined our experience. Some of our friends were running a little late, and I informed the staff about it. While waiting, my boyfriend and I ordered some gyoza, which was good, but the attitude of the staff was unacceptable.
I understand if the restaurant was packed and they needed to free up tables—it’s reasonable to ask customers to move or find a solution in that case. However, when we were there, only two tables were occupied, and the rest of the restaurant was empty. Despite this, a staff member approached us after just 10 minutes, looking visibly annoyed, and bluntly asked, “How long?” No politeness, no professionalism. If she had simply said something like, “Sorry to bother you, but unfortunately, we don’t seat two people at big tables. How long do you think your friends will take?”—we would have understood. Instead, she was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
What made it worse was that she only treated our table this way. Was it discrimination? I don’t know. But it certainly felt unfair. My boyfriend and I came in with such a good mood, excited to try the food, but the whole experience was ruined thanks to her attitude. A restaurant is more than just its food—service matters, and unfortunately, this place failed in...
Read moreLovely little spot with delicious ramen and quiet conversations.
Tonkotsu Classic with egg (44 PLN) was delicious and full of flavour, just as ramen should be - excellent and flavourful broth with perfectly fitting sparkles of ginger and spring onions. And they have alcohol-free Kirin (15 PLN), which suits ramen just perfectly.
The place fits probably 18-20 people. It has a very clean (read: white walls and mirrors) and well-lit look about it. If you like a more dimly lit, cozy faux-Japanese-rustic ambience, it's not here - but the upside is you can have an actual conversation with your dinner partner without having to raise your voice and strain to listen. Or enjoy your ramen at...
