The waiters and the person who is in charge there, manager, are all pathatic and don't respect their customers. I never wrote google review, but this place i am forced to write. The chicken biryani price is 36, but they charge 38 as it is in their system. so they must change either in the menu or in the system.I pointed, but they don't bother..3, 4 times I went may be this time will be better,but experience got worse..They give menu and then waiter dissaper unless you call him.Yesterday I gave order for chicken biryani, he brought prawn biryani.He changed and brought correct one, but even he didn't say single word of sorry.We were 2 person, I requested to bring extra plate but waiter refuse.I think they are South Indian and not even educated.Becuase educated people dnt behave like this. When we finished we were taking our jacket nobody brought bill, they saw that we are ready to go but they were watching..Until I got angry and put money on table and went.. Learn to respect your customers..Because of them you are running here business..Last time I visited and wasted all time and money, by talking with people who even don't deserve to be talked.Even these so called waiters don't even said thankyou and bye at the end.I.know Owner when I will meet him, will talk to him personally by disgusting behavior of their staff..More saying is just throwing of words and patience..

First of all, be professional, I left you review 9 months ago and you are replying me after 9 months, and I can see in 9 months, you wrote 1000 replies…and if you know proper English then I have explained clearly what were my concerns? and let me correct you I just came after 2-3 minutes not 1 hour, so you are lying..ok I accepted that you don’t want outside drink,and I respected it,and next time.I came with my friend without drink and how your staff behaved. Kindly accept your fault instead of BLAME GAME. I also cannot tolerate if you will lie, 2 zloty was my right. For your information, my review was not baseless. I acknowledge that the 2 zloty was my responsibility and the drinks were yours, and I have no objection to that. Therefore, during my next visit, I did not bring it up. Additionally, requesting one biryani with two plates should not be an issue, as I have frequented many restaurants without any problems.
On the day I visited with a friend, I waited 25 minutes for the biryani, and when it arrived, it was prawn instead of the chicken I ordered. No one apologized for the mistake.
You are running a business and responding after nine months. Businesses should prioritize customer responses, not the other way around. Please learn proper business ethics and improve your English. I have worked in a restaurant for over a year and understand how to treat customers, so there is no need to teach me here. I also do not have time to educate people on basic manners. Read my initial comment to understand my intentions clearly. I responded in the same way I was treated. Read moreI don’t think it is ethical to have 2 names with the same address. I got so fooled and ordered from a place called ‘BAWARCHI’ and the delivery landed exactly on INDIAN LOUNGE. When I confirmed they said yes they use 2 different names.
I already ate momos from Indian Lounge and they were really bad with green peas and full masala sabzi inside them. I requested the owner that I had no idea that Bawarchi & Indian Lounge are same so pls cancel momos or change the filling to something with no peas & sabzi like filling. We came for dinner in two people at half past nine wondering if there was enough time before the kitchen closes. The lady ensured us there was enough time, than proceeded to let us sit and wait around 40 minutes to take our order. At the moment of ordering she pushed us to have more expensive dishes, up to the point that I agreed to take some variation of the dish with mango and prawns.
