K-Bar — Restaurant in Warsaw

A disappointing experience. First of all one of the ordered beers came warm and when asked to replace I was told they didn’t have the same one but I was offered an alternative. The food was not good. A veggie bibimbap was a combination of barely flavored ingredients, a very mediocre sauce, soggy fried carrots and a tasteless clumpy rice unfortunately. It seemed like it was all just dumped into the bowl to be honest which was a little unpleasant. The KFC was not very flavorful. The staff person was not exactly the friendliest and loudly banged the food onto the table without even looking at you - no effort. DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE I give one star as I cannot give less. This place not only gives you friend chicken that is very similar to the KFC from a notorious American fast food chain, but they also don’t but the Korean sauce on top almost! I would like everyone looks at the picture: they dropped a bit of the sauce and 2 sesame seeds, the rest if the chicken is dry as the sand in a desert. I raised a complain with Wolt support and the restaurant insisted that this is the normal amount of sauce (so either they din’t know what is korean chicken or they tried to lie to that kind person of Wolt support that was helping out). We were a group of 7 people and had dinner and some drinks there. The waitress came at the end with the bill and we paid separately. Then we checked the bill and noticed we were charged 2 bottles of soju for 358 PNL (instead of 120 zlotys).

We said that to the waitress and she agreed she overcharged us and came back with 60 zlotys in cash (instead of 238 zlotys).

We had to came back to her again and she finally gave back 240 zlotys in cash. (and normally the 9% service fees should have been calculated on the total - the overcharged soju which means +20 zlotys extra we gave for free).
