L’emotion Bistro — Restaurant in Warsaw

I have been in Lemotion a couple of times for brunch. This time i went with my friend, and we both ordered Cold Matcha. The first thing i show on the video is a matcha of my friend, the second is mine. If anyone knows how a matcha should look, will know that my matcha looks nothing like it, and let’s also talk about the size difference of both drinks, which should be the same. My friend went to ask a cashier to redo it, they were not happy about it but okay. After a couple of minutes a manager walked to our table with my matcha and started drinking it in front of us and saying that she likes it. Also she said that if you order something on almond milk, you should expect it to taste like paper. The thing is, that my matcha was on cow milk(!!!). Then a manager started arguing with me that my matcha was on almond milk, and not cow, even though I ordered on cow milk. Anyway, will not come back as their reaction was horrible. Amazing wonderful très bon experience! Loved the service, the food and the interior (location is great, near the Wisła shore, Bulwary Wiślane). I was sitting outside as the weather was wonderful and there is a couple of beautiful pink trees that are blooming in May. So, as I am a true pancake-maniac, I tried pancakes with Nutella – attention…, it was so great and delicious! 🔥 I mean they are as they should be, not dry, sweet, fresh, big, I felt that French taste in them and no wonder why – owners are from France. And one of them actually was there, very polite and nice. Coffee was tasty as well and lemonade that my friend ordered. Everything as you can see in my photos looked pretty. 🩵 Definitely will come again here and advise to do the same if you want to spend a wonderful time with crêpés. 🥞

I used to like this place and was frequently going there but today I was shocked by the service. I ordered a croissant and a cup of tea while waiting for my boyfriend who was supposed to join in a half an hour to have some food together. When my boyfriend was 10 mins away the blonde lady (I am not sure if she was the waitress) just came and put a sign that there is a reservation in 30 mins. She didn’t even ask me anything and just left. It would not be possible for my boyfriend to come, order food and finish it within 20 mins that were left. I think it was extremely rude and unprofessional. All the previous times there was an extremely cute and polite waitress but today I was unlucky to meet this blonde lady.
