ENGLISH:
I was often visiting the restaurant with a pack of friends. Unfortunately after the last visit we decided that it was time to say forever goodbye to this place. What went wrong?
We always sit in the back in the second room. This time, We sat down, we wait, the waitress in glasses suddenly chased us away "because the room was closed". We ask if it is possible to go to the top level "No, also closed". I already wanted to make a joke that since that everything in restaurant is closed, we might be going :) Well, no matter, disgusted, but I didn't want to bother (then I saw that in the closed room there was ... a cat. In a restaurant).
So maybe food? I loved local burgers. Well. Burnt bum and beef, what the hell ?!
I urge a friend to order a Turkish bread with butter, it has always been good and cheap (3 PLN?). A great beer snack. Someone probably find out that it was too cheap, because they raised the price ... 10 PLN !!! For a piece of bread: D
If you need to wait around 20 minutes to make an order in half empty restaurant that something is wrong.
What can I say, the restaurant is no longer good. Fortunately, this is the city center, so there are plenty of restaurants around :-) POLISH:
Zawsze siadamy z tyłu, w drugiej sali. W restauracji).
Read moreFirst of all, I would like to start with low service and rude waiters. Place doesn’t make you feel like you’re in Turkish restaurant. They are not welcoming. They even don’t approach you like welcome, is food ok?. We had a problem with our grill meatballs. It was not well cooked ( plus it was chewy). We kindly asked to return ( we already ordered two other foods and were waiting for them) and waiter rudely said “seriously?” with angry face. I am a client and if I see problem which is obviously they can see it’s not cooked. He should have said I’m sorry what can I do for you?. I felt ashamed to my husband while I was introducing my cultural foods. Location and view is great but I’m sorry you’ll lose lots of people with this service. Service matters. Food was ok. Actually your pide was good. also for other order which is Lahmacun price was kinda weird for one Lahmacun. Still I would say ok If your service was good and plus I would maybe speak differently. There is no great and welcoming Turkish restaurant in warsaw. This is extremely sad. Please take care of your service and treat foreigner people like they’re...
Read moreI would not recommend this restaurant if you want to experience authentic Turkish cuisine. Unfortunately, the quality has declined year by year, leaving me disappointed every time.I’ve invited friends here on at least two occasions to introduce them to Turkish cuisine, and both times were underwhelming. Most recently, we ordered a selection of mezze as starters and beyti as the main dish. To our disappointment, the beyti’s meat was served cold, with only the tomato sauce on top being warm—clearly an indication that the dish had been pre-cooked and reheated, likely in a microwave. To make matters worse, the rice served alongside it was cold as well. Adding to the disappointment, the prices have gone up, yet the quality has not improved to match the cost. For what they charge, the standards are far too low.
I cannot recommend this restaurant and will be looking elsewhere for an authentic and enjoyable...
