I recently visited Pianka Café, a delightful spot renowned for its incredible pizza and dumplings, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations.
Ambiance: The atmosphere at Pianka Café is both cozy and inviting. The décor effortlessly blends modern touches with a rustic charm, creating the perfect environment to relax and enjoy a meal. The lighting is warm, and the seating is comfortable, making it an ideal spot for both casual lunches and intimate dinners.
Food: The highlight of Pianka Café is undoubtedly the food. The pizza here is outstanding. Featuring a perfectly crisp crust, a rich and flavorful tomato sauce, and an abundance of fresh, high-quality toppings, every bite is a treat. Whether you choose a classic Margherita or one of their more inventive options, you will be thoroughly satisfied.
Equally impressive are the dumplings. Handmade and cooked to perfection, they offer a delicate balance of flavors that make them unforgettable. Read moreI've been there about 1-2 weeks ago. Place: looking nice and comfortable, enough space for both big gropus and dates. Food: checked tartare, fruits with crumble, mulled wine. Price very high, quality rather standard/poor. Wine was sour and not spiced well (you didn't feel the spices, but you could have seen them, so it's more about quntity). Tartare itself was OK, picked mushroom tasty, pickled gherkin not tasty (mild and too salty), I don't know what flowers were for, there was supposed to be some 'popcorn made of buckwheat' - either it was mixed with meat or totally forgotten - I didn't notice it at all. Fruits where tasting like in a 'kompot', you could feel the taste of oil/fat, and putting icecream on top made them melt in a minute. I also noticed there might be lack of standard: person in a table next to ours ordered the same dish and got ice cream aside of the fruit pot. Additionally I asked about a burger and was told there is none. One hour later I saw burgers brought to tables, but no info from waiter that I could order now. The service was rather OK, except for the burger case and for the fact that waiting time for everything was really long. At the end I don't recommend this place unless you want to spend a lot of money and finish at kebab/mc donalds/bobby...
Read morethe restaurant looked nice, you go upstairs and you wait 10 mins for the nonexistent menu, then you get the menu and you order, the food looks really good, but when you eat oh boy, Tatar was mostly not meat but the other stuff that were covering it, pickles onions and whatever and the meat was below all of that and you could not taste it, they could have put all this stuff next to the meat and instead of focusing on how good it looks they should have focused on how good it would taste in your mouth, the fries were extremely salty, you couldn’t taste the truffle sauce, was so excited to dip the fries in the truffle sauce but all I tasted was salt, the chicken wings were good tho no complaints, and the Mohito was good too, in my humble opinion the food was not worth the amount of money we paid, I ate the same food elsewhere for half the price and the taste was phenomenal, the toilet sink didn’t have running water, and the toilet spłuczka didn’t have water in it so after I used the toilet I couldn’t flush. Over all the staff in the restaurant were...
