Where do i start? This might be the best breakfast place you'll find in warsaw. The food is outstanding, i personally love the strawberry and sweet cheese pancakes/naleśniki. It's a good portion and it tastes very good, the strawberry syrup on top of it is beautiful. The cozy atmosphere is very soothing via the nice music and nice decorations. The service is exceptional and the waiters are very friendly. There's a shelf with card games for waiting to get your food. It's a funny situation because sometimes you get your food in barely 10 minutes despite the big portions and sometimes you get your food in 40 minutes. STOL features a simple inexpensive menu with yummy food and coffee but aloof, slow, unfriendly service. Having visited late morning on a Wednesday and sitting at a table for ten minutes, I had to clear a pile of plates and glasses from the previous customers myself. After placing an order for pancakes and scrambled eggs with avocado, the food arrived 25 minutes later. The food was fresh and tasty making the wait somewhat worthwhile.

My suggestion to the management of STOL is to continue cooking the food they are and to place more attention on the service and turn around times in the kitchen. That alone will gain you the additional custom and loyalty from customers that...
