The establishment leaves an extremely negative impression. From the very first moments of the visit, it becomes clear that the service here leaves much to be desired. Guests were made to wait for half an hour before a waiter approached them, and it took just as long for the drinks to be served. This is unacceptable for any establishment that values its clients' time and comfort.

The lack of friendly and attentive staff only added to the discomfort. Instead of offering the best items from the menu, the guests were practically forced to order a fruit-based hookah, with promises of a long-lasting session. However, the reality was far from what was promised — the hookah was tasteless, with an unpleasant soapy aftertaste, and after 40 minutes, its already weak flavor completely disappeared. Such quality may indicate low-grade ingredients or insufficient skills of the hookah master.

Moreover, the overall organization of the service was poor: it was hard to find the waiter for additional orders, and the hookah master was nowhere to be found. Constantly having to ask for staff assistance only added to the discomfort of the visit.

It’s hard to imagine a worse experience in terms of service. Посетителей заставили ждать полчаса, прежде чем к ним подошел официант, и еще столько же времени потребовалось для того, чтобы принесли напитки. Это недопустимо для любого заведения, где ценится время и комфорт клиентов.

Отсутствие приветливого и заинтересованного персонала только усиливало ощущение неудобства. Вместо того чтобы предложить лучшие позиции из меню, гостям буквально "втюхали" кальян на фруктах, обещая его длительное курение. Однако реальность оказалась далека от обещанного — кальян был безвкусным, с неприятным мыльным послевкусием, и спустя 40 минут его вкус окончательно исчез. Такое качество кальяна может свидетельствовать о низкокачественных ингредиентах или недостаточной квалификации мастера.

Кроме того, сама организация работы оставляет желать лучшего: официанта было трудно найти для дополнительных заказов, а кальянный мастер вообще отсутствовал. Постоянная необходимость звать персонал лишь усиливала дискомфорт от посещения.

Сложно представить худший опыт в сфере обслуживания. Это заведение вряд ли стоит посещать, особенно если вы цените качество обслуживания, вкусные кальяны и профессионализм...

We had a reservation for 8:00 pm. We weren’t seated right away — instead, we were left standing in a narrow passage, waiting. Then we were taken upstairs. I don’t know if there’s supposed to be extra lighting there, but I literally had to hold the alcohol menu up to another light source to be able to read it.

The interior wasn’t really loft style, more like bare plaster walls. The table smelled of a greasy rag, and the waiter was nervously cleaning tables after other guests. Another waitress asked a table near the stairs if they wanted to order. They didn’t — but no one came to us.
