Starbucks — Restaurant in Warsaw

Today a situation occurred that unsettled me. The employee diluted half a glass of coffee with tap water. Coffee costs 25 PLN, the cost is above average, and for this money I get half a glass of tap water. It’s just too late, I was confused and didn’t say it on the spot, which I really regret. I threw money in the trash on coffee that I didn't even drink. I often get coffee here because it's only available at Starbucks and there's always something wrong with this place. I ask to add less ice - they pour me a whole glass. I ask for a straw to be included in my delivery order, but they don’t give it to me. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, it is disgusting service and terrible attitude towards customers, thanks to which the employees receive...

Servers here are extremely rude it's one thing to have a bad day but it's totally not okay to show your frustration on the customers. She was banging the cups and rudely dismissing customers who were waiting for their order morever her expression looked like she wanted to throw something into my coffee.
