TORI Ramen — Restaurant in Warsaw

I had ramen here on a Monday evening at around 9pm and it was quiet (only one other table occupied), which meant that the food arrived very fast. I ordered the shio ramen (salt-based, clear broth), which came with thin noodles a nice set of toppings, including ultra-tender chicken, an egg, some tasty foam and thinly chopped onions. It was beautifully presented and the flavors harmonized well. The broth was slightly on the salty side but definitely not too salty and compared to other ramen I’ve had it was more delicate and balanced in the flavor profile. Atmosphere: A wonderful place. For some reason, there weren’t any people, but it was cozy and pleasant to sit inside. The music was unobtrusive, and the staff was very friendly and helped us make the right choices.

The Pho Bo was great: a light broth, perfectly cooked noodles—firm and not overdone—and excellent meat. All the sauces were available, and the portion size was generous at 600 ml.

For the child, we ordered the Dragon Soup, which came with two meat dumplings. Overall, it was great, but the meat inside was slightly spicy.

We also tried the fried Saigon rolls with meat, and they were absolutely delicious.
