Should be 1 star (for terrible service). But giving this 2 stars, the extra for the food. Been here a couple of times before and service was good, the guy seemed to have an Australian accent. But was friendly. Came here yesterday, a different guy serving. Couldn’t have been more disinterested, dare I say it, even somewhat abrupt and rude.

Even tho I’d been here before I hadn’t ordered a drink. Ordered one yesterday, and when my food was ready, I enquired about the drink I ordered. He rolled his eyes, and just pointed. I asked him to be clear as couldn’t understand what he meant. He raised his voice and shouted.. “in the fridge!”

I returned and asked if they had any sauce. Again I think he would have thrown it at me if he could. Unbelievably terrible service. Both my colleague and I both remarked how bad it was, and really this guy should be nowhere near a customer facing environment.

Couldn’t get his name, but could see he recently had new tattoos on his arm as still had the cling film covering them.

With re to the food. I got the hamburger. To be honest, the burger was good, pink in the middle, very juicy, only reason not 5/5, was a bit too greasy.

On the basis of this service alone tho, will not return. Shame as other guy previously was...

Had a smash burger, with extra fries, the whole for a price tag of 70 zł or 19 USD which is extremely high. However would be fine if the quality followed. The burger and the fries were both very dry and oversalted, even though I asked for fries unsalted. The burger was acceptable but not worth this price, even though it was juicy, it felt very dry, maybe due to oversalting. Ingredients were fine but could barely feel them, as the salted patty took over the whole flavors, except for the lettuce that kept falling outside of the burger. Couldn't taste any sauce, not sure if there was one, which would have helped. Also I was given one small ketchup to accompany the dry fries - asked for more, and was only given one, with an angry face like I was asking for too much - at this price I'd expect several full containers of fancy sauces, not few small terrible industrial ones given...

Really poor service and my order wrong. When I raised the issue, I was told I should have mentioned the preferences to the waitress when placing my order. I said “I agree, which is why I can confirm I did ask for this change, then I revealed my receipt where the request was first noted. Even still, I was made to feel like it was my fault. I stood to the side and nonchalantly watched as they remade the sandwich and I got the meanest looks from the waitress. Totally ruined my first...
