Whats bad: –poor selection of wines as for wine place. 1 Rose? 10-12 red and white? –no checks for double fermentation, you know whats that, right?

If you are extremely unhappy seeing people ordering just wine and dessert in the evening (21-22), please, let us know at the entrance that you have minimum deposit per person

What is double fermentation? You own wine place and dont know it? It is not a trend, it is basic check after opening a bottle with cork.

I had other plans, but an attentive hostess drew me into Wine First—and I’m glad she did. The experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The linguine cooked in a Parmesan wheel and topped with truffles was everything I could have dreamed of—rich, decadent, and unforgettable. The wine list is extensive, enough to impress even the most discerning wine enthusiast. I highly recommend the Polish Riesling—absolutely worth every penny.

Surprisingly, one of the highlights was the cheese platter, easily the best I’ve had anywhere in Europe, featuring exceptional Polish cheeses.
