Ōkami Ramen Bar — Restaurant in Wrocław

Visited this Ramen bar on a weekday. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend this to anyone!

Although the waitress was friendly and welcoming, the food was a disaster! :/ Ordered two bowls of basic ramen (Shoyu) one with duck the other with chicken and it took more than 40 minutes for anything to reach our table although there were around 8 to 10 people max on this weekday at this large bar and it was not busy.

When the bowls finally came, two spoons were enough to understand that the noodles were overcooked and the broth extremely salty (inspite of this basic ramen being the suggestion of the chef during the time of order of something that is not salty but flavourful).

Needless to say we could not stomach what looked like ramen for Instagram but was terrible when you dig in! What's even more disappointing is that the staff was least bothered (perhaps this happens often?!) and said there was nothing more they can offer or do (although they could have easily been hospitable to offer a different dish or anything which showed they cared for customers at this place). Nothing!!! They didn't care whether we stayed or left.

Very low score on hospitality and ofcourse not welcoming. We did the decent act of paying for what we ordered although we ate nothing further of that vile concoction.

Overall : AVOID THIS PLACE! Similar reviews seem to be there for a while now. Please choose other great Ramen places in Wro unless you want to waste your time and money and then pay for bad quality food.

Very disappointed with this Okami Ramen Bar which has a great location at the crossroad of Ruska but the worst Ramen in town!!

Hope something is done to address regular feedback that is being posted and spoken about the poor quality of food being dished out to...

It was my 3rd visit to this ramen place and again it was 'just ok' During 1st visit the ramen bowl had a really bad smell which made me almost sick and overpowered any ramen flavour or taste. 2nd visit the ramen was very weak and almost water like in taste and small portion was 'really small' 3rd visit the food was ok but the service not so much. During ordering the lady tried ot force on us different drink options (mkre expensive) the order itself was not written down and in the end we ended uo with different drinks and different ramen sizes. I do understand that sometimes those mistakes can be made but the feeling we got this time was that they really wanted us to take bigger and more expensive options. I really hope it is not their 'new' practice due to COVID19.

Overall I personally will not give any more chances to this places and I do not recommend it to anyway especially since on map of Wroclaw there are so many more and better ramen places.

After reading the positive reviews, I had high hopes. I can only imagine that the folks had an off-night.

We waited 90 minutes to get our food, and watched other people who ordered after us get their food before us; we were polite and not at all pushy or deserving of this type of inattention. We specifically said no sesame for our 12 year old daughter, and the dish came with sesame. I asked for no mushrooms in my ramen, and there were mushrooms.

The quality of the food was good, not great. It was a cold rainy night and a warm bowl of ramen would have hit the spot.

We were given a 20% discount and an earnest apology. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon, and would suggest the owners of the restaurant take a look at the service, it was simply unacceptable.

Icing on the cake? The bathroom was quite dirty...
