The hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes from Rynek Square. It is very modern and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a lux room which was very spacious and overlooked a courtyard. We stayed in room 32 which was on the 3rd floor. Complimentary toiletries in bathroom, complimentary bottles of water, plenty sockets, plenty storage space.|Check in was quick even though we didn’t arrive until midnight. Entrance to the hotel is up a covered alleyway.|Breakfast was either hot or cold. Place your order for hot food of porridge, scrambled eggs, omelette, hard/ soft boiled eggs, toast, pancakes or waffles with the waitress. Tea, coffee and juice available. Selection of desserts, yoghurts and pastries. Baskets of bread with a variety of different types of bread.|Plenty of variety of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. A must to try is smalec which sounds disgusting but is very tasty, it is a spread made from rendered white pork fat flavoured with crispy brown pieces and you spread it on bread. We were encouraged to try it when we visited a polish restaurant. Pierogies are also a dish to try as they are dumplings with various fillings and they come sweet or savoury.|Prices are very reasonable compared to the uk and portions are generous.|There is a guest house next door to the hotel called The Academus which is also a place to have a drink, owner is very friendly. Just bedside the hotel on the way to the square is a souvenir shop which changes to a bar at night, it is very cosy and has a good variety of drinks for sale.|Wroclaw is a beautiful place and is somewhere we would...

Read moreStayed in a twin Lux Hotel in room #41 on the 4th floor. (‘Twas great, the room was clean, the shower was nice.) unfortunately the noise from the clubs sound like they are very close. I could hear music on Friday and Saturday night until about 0600Am. Of course that is expected being nearby a club and near The square. I do like how the restaurants are very close, along with H&M, food, shopping and ATMs.
Checked out was on Sunday but I Asked for an extended stay/ new reservation to stay until Tuesday. (2 more nights) the price would cost me more at the front desk than it would online. So I made a new reservation for 1/2 the price. Well unfortunately they would not let me keep the same room so I had to transfer (all the way to The other side) New room was 301 near window/ street/ I can hear oncoming traffic all night along with people talking, yelling, on a Sunday night. The room was not very clean, and they would not allow a (travel pack/play/ baby crib) in the room because the “standard room.” Does not fit another baby crib. Well I could have fit it in the room, but why do They give me a room if I can not fit a baby pack in there? So they say I had to Sleep with baby in my bed. Hair in the sinks/ hair in the showers and smelled like cigarettes.
Great location though.
Just did not mind the loud music until 6Am while traveling...
