Czajownia is a tea enthusiast's paradise, boasting an expansive selection of teas and delightful snacks from various corners of the world. Stepping into this charming tea-house is like embarking on a global tea-tasting journey.

The tea selection is truly impressive, providing a vast array of options to suit every taste and preference. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and eager to guide you through the myriad of choices when you find yourself overwhelmed. Their assistance in selecting the perfect tea is invaluable, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience.

What sets Czajownia apart is their dedication to educating and enhancing your tea-brewing experience. When ordering a tea set, you receive precise instructions on brewing time and the recommended number of infusions, allowing you to savour the flavours to the fullest. The affordability is an added bonus, with a 55 PLN tea set yielding an impressive 10 cups of tea, making it a pocket-friendly indulgence.

The culinary delights at Czajownia are equally enticing. The cakes, especially the Marlenka, are a must-try, presenting a delightful balance of flavours. Additionally, the daily changing menu promises exciting new flavours, enticing you to explore and discover new favourites.

The ambiance is serene, and the beautiful garden at the back offers a peaceful retreat. For those chilly days, the availability of blankets ensures a cosy and snug experience. While Czajownia offers shishas, it's comforting to know that you can opt for the outdoor seating to fully enjoy the tranquillity and escape any potential discomfort.

All in all, Czajownia is a haven for tea enthusiasts and anyone seeking a relaxing, culturally-rich atmosphere. The fusion of great teas, delectable snacks, and an inviting ambiance make this tea-house a delightful retreat for tea lovers and anyone in search of a peaceful,...

I used to visit Czajownia regularly before I moved out of Wroclaw about 2-3 years ago. Back then, I remember their shisha being the best in the city - unmatched by any other place. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. The wait time for the shisha was incredibly long, we waited over an hour. I recall that on my last visit, the wait was only about 15-20 minutes. The flavor was very mild, and after just 20 minutes of smoking with one other person, there was hardly any taste left. When we lifted the coals, we discovered that the bowl was only half-filled. Of course, I checked to see if the tobacco had stuck to the coals holder, but there was nothing—just a minimal amount of tobacco. Have they started cutting corners? But the worst part was that we waited longer for the tea than for the shisha. Although we were informed that the wait time would be about 40-45 minutes, it ended up being much longer. How does brewing tea in a teahouse take more time than getting a full meal in a restaurant? I wonder what happened over the past few years - where is the Czajownia I remember? For now, I have to give this place 1 out of 5 stars. It was, unfortunately, a terrible experience - wasted time and disappointment. But I plan to return, and maybe then I'll be able to change my rating to...

A special and unique experience on offer in Wrocław - the staff were friendly and happy to help, the menu was varied and nicely priced, and the serene environment outside in the garden was lovely.

There's so many teas to try but I fear we perhaps made the wrong choices, nevertheless everything in life is worth trying once and I'm sure there's more on the menu that would be up our street. The yerba mate has a very distinctive, strong and bitter taste - too much for our personal preference. I ordered from the green tea list but it was quite red in colour and had a nutty flavour. I love green tea so perhaps there's room to try that in future.

But the real gift of this place is the garden, it's very very peaceful and a pleasant way to spend some time away...

Best place for real tea in Wrocław. Big menu with many options. Wonderful tea garden, quiet rooms. Tea classics and some less known pearls :) professional tea masters preparing tea the way it should be - proper teaware, water temperature etc. Owners are great people that put their hearts into the place which shows. Also great place to buy a tea for home or absolutely beautiful handmade teaware. I highly recommend ordering Gong Fu setup - it's completely different experience of true tea. They have small snacks on the menu including few savoury options (pita, veggies, hummus etc) and sweet ones (cake, baklava, in summer ice cream). You can also buy here tea utensils and small selection of handmade tea pottery.
