WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOUR SHOP ASSISTANT??? Every time I come here to take some desserts with me I face unpleasant and unprofessional behavior of elder brunette. I don’t speak polish well but when I try to say something she starts to behave unpolite, giggle with other woman ( blond one). I love your desserts and I’m your regular customer, but every time after i meet your UNPROFESSIONAL shop assistant and i go back home totally upset. I come to your shop not to get such emotions!!!! It’s like a BAD AFTERTASTE. And there is no desire to come back to Spychała because of it!!!!

By the way sometimes i meet young shop assistants, girl and boy, they are always very polite, smiling and pleasant.

I find this place very close to my heart due to it's unforgettable and charming atmosphere, but unfortunately the service of here is not fitting to it's standards. Or maybe it determines the real standards of this caffe? Since quality of every restaurant relies on service. Cakes are just good, what is disappointing, because of misery of the choice one can make. Great food, coffee, cakes and ice cream. The service is pretty bad as some people mentioned. They move so slow and with such a forced effort you would have thought they are forced to work there. In the sitting section it takes 5 minutes to get a menu, 10 minutes to get someone to take your order and another 15 to 20 to get the actual food or even coffee.
