Great and memorable experience, innovative concepts and very good execution.

The staff is understanding, very kind, knows the good manners. Supportive and open.

We came four to visit the place and try its concepts. I must say I had high expectations and they were either fulfilled or exceeded.

First impression - the bread and the freshly homemade butter. Already showing care, hospitality and quality. Great work!

Delicious starters, simple and focused on one single impression. It’s good to take few of them. My personal favourite was the tomato and pâté.

Kaszanka was indeed great and with broad bean salad was a star of first dishes for most of us. Great balance between the flavours, but also bold choices executed perfectly. Winner of all the dinner was undoubtedly the beef tongue. Stunning. Tender, delicious, rich, just perfect.

Pierogi made in the style of ravioli were one of the best dishes I have tasted. Technically it was mastery. Freshness and the complexity of the taste was incredible. Great idea with serving them with truffles and other option with herring caviar. It was not only to add the “fine dining aspect” to it but it was indeed well composed within the dish.

Just one thing made us wonder - the waiter took away the bottles of water which were not emptied yet and served us new ones - maybe by mistake, but good to pay attention to these kind of small details. The noise level is sometimes a bit disturbing.

Anyway, definitely will come back. Huge thanks to the chef and the service for this wonderful evening.

Came with a group of 4 and the place was relatively empty for a weekend evening at sunset. We tried a good portion of the menu, with some dishes that were delicious, okay, and not good.

Honestly, it took a really long time between dishes to come out. Almost an awkward amount of time because at some points all of us were just waiting for our next plate. I can’t imagine what the wait would be like when there’s more than 10 tables seated. Drinks took a while to make as well. I’m all here for waiting for perfection, 30 min to get our main dish was too long.

Delicious: Duck Fillet, Steamed Halibut, Pickled Herring

Okay: Chicken Heart, Sprats, Salad.

Bad: Beef Tartare.

The beef tartare was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Way too saucey and didn’t taste any meat flavor. I wouldn’t recommend.

The duck and fish dishes were really good. I enjoyed them both. I haven’t had too much pickled herring in my life, but this was easily the best pickled herring I’ve ever had. If you’ve never had pickled herring before and find yourself here, 100% try it.

The other dishes were solid, but nothing crazy and that’s okay.

Will I be back? Probably not but...

Kolacja w Restauracja Między Mostami to jedno z najciekawszych i najsmaczniejszych doświadczeń kulinarnych, jakie mieliśmy okazję przeżyć. Każde z dań, opracowanych przez zespół pod "dowództwem" szefa Łukasz Budzik, skomponowane i dopracowane w perfekcyjnie. Nie była to kolacja degustacyjna, choć taka opcja jak najbardziej tu istnieje i pewnie wybierzemy ją następnym razem. Po prostu wybraliśmy kilka dań z karty restauracji. Jako zakąski trzy magiczne talerzyki: Śledż marynowany Bismarck/Ogórek małosolny/Koperek/Maślanka Carpaccio z pieczonej kalarepy/Wędzony vinegrette Dojrzewająca słonina/Musztarda z jabłka Każdy z nich to skończone wspaniałe dzieło sztuki kulinarnej, a musztarda z jabłka, jako dodatek do małych, zrolowanych plasterków słoniny, to naprawdę coś unikalnego. Następne dwa dania to: Mus z bobu/Smażone ogórki/Orzechy włoskie/Winogrono/Serca drobiowe Pomidory/Granita Bazyliowa/Maliny/Orzechy nerkowca Każdy szczegół jest tu ważny, decydujący o smaku całości. Winogrona obrane ze skórki, zamarynowane w .... albo nie napiszę, kto może niech sam spróbuje. Selekcja pomidorów, każdy obrany i wypieszczony osobno. Coś niesamowitego. Kolejne dwa dania główne to: Pieczony kalafior/Rodzynki/Drożdże Filet z kaczki/Smardze nadziewane pasztetem z wątróbek/Sos z czarnych porzeczek Pieczony kalafior poezja, rodzynki marynowane w Earl Grey, suszone drożdże. Skórka kaczki chrupiąca, rozpływające się w ustach smardze, intensywny smak czarnej porzeczki. Na deser słynna już (dzięki za polecenie Jacek Krawczyk ) Tarta z jagodami i lodami jogurtowymi. Rewelacja. Do tego dwa koktajle z listy autorskich (signature): Ogród i Burak. Zaskakujące i bardzo, ale to bardzo dobre. Wyjątkowe. Przez tę kulinarną podróż poprowadził nas sommelier restauracji, który nas obsługiwał. To nie była zwykła, nawet bardzo profesjonalna obsługa. To była długa, bo trwająca ok. 2.5 godziny rozmowa z bardzo miłym i niezwykle kompetentnym młodym człowiekiem, wyjątkowo profesjonalnym. Na koniec rozmowa z szefem, o którym mieliśmy okazję już trochę dobrego poczytać. Wszystko to prawda, co o nim piszą. Łukasz Budzik to w naszej ocenie jeden z najbardziej utalentowanych szefów w Polsce. Pomimo młodego wieku, ma już ogromne doświadczenie. Mądry i pełen pokory. No i bardzo miło, że na koniec wczorajszego ciężkiego dnia, tak sam z siebie, widząc nasze zainteresowanie szczegółami, zechciał do nas podejść i porozmawiać. Sam lokal pięknie położony, w jednym z najpiękniejszych zakątków Wrocławia. Elegancki, widać ogromną dbałość o szczegóły. Uwagę przyciąga przeszklona kuchnia, dzięki czemu część gości może dyskretnie (bo przecież nie inaczej) zobaczyć pracę kucharzy, przygotowujących potrawy do serwisu. Warto dodać, że lokal zainaugurował swoją działalność w tym roku. Na koniec ostatnia kwestia. Relacja Cena do Jakości (obejmującej smak oraz innowacyjność, obsługę, dbałość o szczegóły oraz poziom lokalu) bardzo, ale to bardzo korzystna z punktu widzenia klienta. To miejsce do którego wrócimy, a wszystkim polecamy. Oby zdążyć przed GWIAZDKĄ, która może się w naszej ocenie tu pojawić, bo wtedy już będzie trzeba trochę poczekać. A great place on the culinary map of Wrocław. After a few disappointments in other restaurants, almost everything here worked out perfectly. At the beginning, we ordered all five appetizers, and all of them were fantastic, except perhaps the sprat. Then came the excellent starters. Here, I have one reservation - the tartare. For me, a good tartare is one in the Tuscan style: coarsely chopped high-quality beef with very delicate seasoning so as not to overpower the taste of the meat. Here, the meat is overwhelmed by too intense a salty marinade - this tartare loses out to the one from Culto, which is the best in town. The main courses and desserts are classy. The amazing honey cake was a particular highlight. Additionally, a bottle of good Primitivo and pleasant service completed the whole experience. Improve this tartare, and you will undoubtedly be the best restaurant in Wrocław

His cuisine stands out for its balance, respect for the product, and a carefully designed rhythm. From the very beginning, we were surprised with an incredibly tasty tomato foam. The oyster, paired perfectly, kept its pure taste of the sea. The porcini cream was intense and full of flavor. The perfectly cooked scallop, juicy and delicious. The lamb, simply perfect! I truly enjoyed every single dish 😃 The finale came with a variety of desserts, especially the white truffle and caviar ice cream, an unbelievable experience for the palate!!! ⭐ A must-try in Wrocław for anyone wanting to discover Polish cuisine reimagined with sensitivity and passion.
