WSHOKU Sushi & Ramen Bar – Wrocław — Restaurant in Wrocław

I've been coming to this restarant for severals years now. Every time I'm visiting Wroclaw I go there, sometimes even few days in a row. Food is always great! I usually eat ramen but I also tried their sashimis, sushi rolls and some gyozas - all totally fine. But the issue I have there is service... and waitresses in particular - sushi masters very polite, I enjoy seating at the bar and watch them at work. But let's circle back to waitresses.... because this is where I had enough recently. One in particular is very rude (if I come to the restaurant and order without even looking at the menu - this is a clue that I have been here before so as a returning custmer maybe I deserve a bit more respect?) I alsmost got scram at because I brought my own drink - despite the fact that I have also ordered beer, she could see that I dont have any bag to put it in, so did she expect me to shove the bottle up my * or throw it away before coming to the restaurant. The other thing is the service is very flat - they will take your order and this is it. No checking after dishes arrived if everything is fine, I would wait 15 minutes (checked the clock) for someone to come and take empty plate from me and only then asking if everything was fine... No one also comes and asks if I would like another drink... if you want one you need to call them, its a bit sad experience for a restaurant. I understandif it's busy but if you come during quiet moment, there is not many clients and waithreses stand at the front desk staring at their phones and you just sit there and wait for some one come and serve you. Really staff shouldnt be allowed scrolling their phones on the restaurant floor. Only negative I have about the food, I noticed recently - they seem to not not be able manage their egg stock levels. on few occassions egg was not marinated long enough, was very pale and the yolk did not have enough time to chenge the consistency to more jelly one (outcome of proper long marination). Over all I enjoy ramen there and will be back but really service could be imporved on...

Never again. We actually never made it to the sushis. We had a reservation at 20.30 for 3 people. The evening of the reservation, a big group of people was sitting in the back, a birthday or something. Every sushi we ordered took so much time: my husband and I shared a ramen to have a try at first, my friend had a sushi that came 30 min after ... we said at the start that we would take sushi after, and when we also finished the ramen the waitress told us we had to wait 1 hour for the sushi we wanted to order. It was a plate for two people only... She told us the cook had to make the sushi for the people sitting in the back, but during all this time I saw a lot of uber eats picking up orders. We told her it wouldn't be a problem to simply get sushi during the evening and that we didn't need to get everything at once but that wasn't possible either. I find it more than problematic that you have to wait one hour for sushi for two people on a Friday evening, especially when you reserved before. The ramen was good, and the only reason the sushi was good is because we ordered to take away at the 77 sushi on the other side of the street, they saved our evening. My friend that waited 45 min for her 12 sushis only got the end of the sushi rolls made for the big assembly. Unfortunately, the ramen was mediocre. The chicken meat in it was literally OLD an dry, as if it was fried a few times and then heated in the microwave, so imagine the kind of texture. Not fresh, it has not been prepared on this day, and frankly, probably not even yesterday. The broth itself was ok, it was supposed to be spicy (it wasn't) but there are many that will be better, like Yatta ramen for example. I had indigestion after it for the rest of the day. The udon was tasty, but there wasn't anything extraordinary in it. The staff (except one black haired girl, who was super nice) had an attitude. The blond girl with glasses behaves just bad, as if she owned the place and you were there for her, not the other way round. We walked in, we were the only ones, and we approached the bar, she literally told us to go back and wait at the entrance, are you freaking kidding me? you could have said all the other things, but chose to send us back to the door like little children. you could have just said "Ill be right with you"! When the black haired girl went back with something from us, she just looked at her and asked "What?!" Just nasty. People like this should not be working in service.
