Lody Baroli — Local services in Wrocław

As it was written in others reviews, they are extremely unfriendly and rude. Google says it's open until 22:30 pm but it's not, we arrived with my friend around 22 and they badly told us it was closed, one of the person that worked there made also an X in front of her chest (🙅‍♀️) to remark the concept. When I tried to suggest that maybe they should change their opening hours on google, and another one rolled her eyes at us.

Working with the public may be frustrating, I may understand that they would've liked to go back home, but this is not an excuse to be rude in the first place towards a customer that had entered there with the intention of buying something.

Also, having this kind of attitude can be pretty annoying too. It could've been a pleasure to eat an ice-cream here (since it has very good reviews) but I don't think I'll ever go back...

As a foreign student I was curious to try one of the best reviewed ice cream in Wroclaw. I wanted to enjoy an ice cream after my dinner. Before going out, I read the opening hours, and they reported it would have been open until 10 and 30 pm. Unfortunately, when I arrived at 10 pm the workers inside were vary bored and frustrated, disappointed of the fact customers were entering in their shop! They, without listening me screamed "Cloooosed, it's cloooosed". If you want to loose customers well you did very well, this is the best way to let customers never step into your shop. It's a shame because who know, the ice cream could be good, but for sure I think that your reaction it's enough...

Dzisiaj razem z koleżankami miałyśmy ochotę zjeść lody. Każda z nas wzięła po dwie porcje (swoją drogą bardzo smaczne), ale z jedną miałyśmy problem. Po spróbowaniu okazało się, że dostałyśmy inny smak niż zamawiany. Oczywiście- pomyłki się zdarzają- więc grzecznie poprosiłyśmy o wymianę. Panie z obsługi były bardzo zdziwione i chyba nie do końca wiedziały jak się zachować. Zapytały nas czy mogą wyrzucić górną (pomyloną) gałkę i dołożyć właściwą do tej, co już była w wafelku. Odpowiedziałyśmy, że nie ma najmniejszego problemu. Na co Panie odłożyły naszą gałkę z powrotem do pojemnika z danym smakiem (!!!) i nałożyły inną, już poprawną. W taki sposób inny klient dostał próbowane przez nas lody. Wydaje nam się, że w gastronomii takie zachowania nie powinny mieć miejsca. Lody smaczne, jednak prosimy o większą uwagę dotyczącą ogólnych zasad dotyczących bezpieczeństwa żywności. Nie chcemy jeść lodów...
