I would like to draw the attention of the managers of this place - the service here is terrible! We have repeatedly ordered food for pickup via Uber, with the option to pick it up in 25 minutes. The app already sends a notification that you can pick it up, but in fact, our order has not even begun to be prepared! We had to wait more than 20 minutes in this place! And this happened several times! I would understand the situation if there were a lot of people in the place itself. But there were a couple of people there, and the kitchen is just standing and talking to each other. How can you do your job like that? This is terrible. Advice for visitors - if you want a quick bite, it is better not to go to them and do not order pickup. You will just...

The food rather mediocre, beef had texture more of a braised eat than roasted which I would expect from any decent kebab. Lots of spices, but lacks the balance and sour tastes.

After almost 30 minutes of waiting I had to go ask for my food. Then had to wait another 8 minutes only to get a lukewarm, 4/10 kebab... Was forced to take out instead of dine in because of the wait.

Seen big number of people being served meanwhile. Generally unpleasent experience. Wouldn't recommend, won't come back.

Local does not provide restroom.

There is the option to order and pay from self-service machines but there is no option to English language. Prices are within the city average. Medium kebab was the size it should be. The meat inside was drier and tasted different than the alternatives I've eaten before in the city. The inside of the place is not very big, but you can usually find a place to sit. My Polish friend told me about a “Youtuber” who made a video and made the place famous. There are already YouTube plaques...
