I had the pleasure of dining at U Gruzina, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was transported to the heart of Georgia. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for an authentic Georgian culinary experience.
The menu was a culinary journey through Georgia, offering a wide range of delicious dishes. I started with the classic Khachapuri, and it was nothing short of perfection. The combination of the crispy bread and rich cheese filling was heavenly.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing helpful recommendations and making sure every detail was just right. It's evident that they are passionate about sharing the flavors of Georgia with their guests.
To top it off, the Georgian wine selection was impressive, and I enjoyed a glass of red semi-sweet wine, which paired perfectly with my meal.
Overall, U Gruzina is a hidden gem in Wroclaw. Whether you're a fan of Georgian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this restaurant is a must-visit. The authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and charming atmosphere make it an unforgettable dining experience. I can't...

Three times we had to let people go ahead because the waitress asked for two people for the table. After an hour of waiting, when a table became available and there were three seats behind it, we asked the waitress to put another chair there so that we could fit. the waitress started saying strange reasons why we couldn’t sit there. She refused all our arguments. And didn’t let us sit there, despite that additional chairs were available! Very bad service and lack of respect for customers. We were frequent visitors to this place, now the desire to come has disappeared after such...
Read moreWhat amazing food, best meal we have had in a restuarant, in Poland or back in UK, for a very long time. Started with the minced Beef/Pork and Rice wrapped in Grape leaves. I had the Goulash (Ostri) - the meat was divine. The sauce was akin to mulligatawny. The OH had the 'pie' (Chabizgina) filled with Cheese & Spinach. For desert we had the layered cake; which was sooo tasty & moist. Finished off with coffee's and a shot of Georgian vodka ("Chacha" - its aroma was more akin to Whisky; not a big fan of either spirit but when in ... Poland, one has to have at least one 'vodka')! Cannot recommend this...
