Ordered a pinsa. Didn’t say to had ham on it. I don’t eat red meat. They talked to me like I was stupid and said ‘it says Parma’. This is the name of the dish, it’s also a city in Italy. The other dishes were ‘green’ and ‘rustic’ which also aren’t ingredients. If something contains prosciutto I’d be overt about it rather than naming a dish a descriptor and leaving it at that. Considering one dish was vegan, the following had meat and the middle only listed cheeses and tomato sauce o don’t think I was wrong to assume it was the vegetarian option, I assumed the lack of the symbol was either an error or due to the Parmesan. When I checked the website the ingredient was on the menu in polish but not on the printed menus. I went to tell them incase Muslim or Jewish people came, but this just seemed to go badly. No discount offered, no real care. The bartender spent the rest of our time there staring daggers at us. Another issue with customers seemed to occur and after they left the waiter and bartender were laughing at them. Just seemed like a hostile environment with loud love island-eque music playing. My partners hemp burger felt pre packaged and frozen, and her pear juice came warm and with no ice. Whether we enjoyed our meal, whether we needed anything, just general customer service was totally absent. Been in Poland a week, this was the first food and dining experience I had. I’d invest time in training the staff on customer service, if I ran an establishment I wouldn’t want a customer leaving feeling ripped off and uncomfortable like this. It would’ve at least been better if the bartender hadn’t been just glaring the...

Read moreSo this was our first time after hearing a lot about STRH. We ordered turkish eggs which was nice, but the problem was with the Shakshouka.
I politely asked if we can have the eggs in it to be scrambled instead of sunny-side-up in which they said ok. After a little while the server came back saying "this is just for your information we cant make it as scrambled and we will add a fried egg to it" so then I wanted to check the menu to order something else in which she said its too late and I cant change the order! Excuse me?. We let it go and she said that she can switch the eggs to regular scrambled eggs rather than it being cooked with everything else in which I accepted since I had no other choice. The order arrived, surprise surprise, half of the plate was Zucchini! Which was not part of the ingredients of the menu (I hate Zucchini). I asked about that and she said simply that they are sorry and the menu has changed and the one we have is an old one which they knew and didn't tell me.
Someone would think that after all of that they would remove the order from the check or at least offer some sweet or a drink as a "we are sorry gesture" which did not...
