Pastelaria Esperança — Restaurant in Évora

I used to visit this bakery every week. Then the cakes, specially the chocolate cake and the 'duchesse' were really amazing... Nowadays the chocolate cakes are tiny and the duchesses are not normally available in the morning. But the worse part is the staff... The staff used to be kind and always be there for you..., now there are some young girls that just don't care about the client and make fun of them. The place only offers outdoor seating, and the terrace is always full, basically of people who ask for a coffee and stay there for an hour... I used to recommend this bakery but unfortunately the service and the staff just...

I did not take pictures in this place, maybe because as soon I got the chocolate cake I couldn't stop!! I came here since I was a kid, same staff same owner same good pastry. Basically you can close eyes and point to something and eat. Because everything is really good!! For me this is one of the top 3 best chocolate cake I ever had...

Bem nem sei que possa dizer ,em plena cidade de Évora,entrei e acompanhada de família e pessoas de idade para tomar o pequeno almoço,como paragem de viagem, pedimos para entrar no WC pois normal num estabelecimento de prestação de serviço público onde é por lei obrigatório ter WC,para quem consome ,foi dito de forma grosseira que o WC era para os funcionários,pois devem ter cuidado com esse tipo deresposta pois a lei não permite um estabelecimento deste a negação ou este tipo de resposta,fico claro que a funcionária não queria era ter trabalho pois éramos 7 pessoas para consumir. O local da frente "A Caravela " recebeu nos e utilizamos o serviço de WC não recomendo . A que venha passar e parar a Pastelaria Esperança mais profissionalismo e respeito...
