400 Degrees Restaurante Italiano & Cocktail Albufeira — Restaurant in Albufeira

We went based on good ratings. Note this was April so not peak season. Firstly the service was attentive. However they didn't have smaller pizzas for children so my daughter who wanted a pizza had to get an adult size one. There were also only three options on the kids menu so a Bolognese, chicken nuggets and fish Fingers. Most places I've been offer pastas and pizzas in kid sizes so this should be considered going forward. My son had a Bruschetta Starter which was quite generous. Coming to the pizzas themselves, they were a good size with generous toppings but a little soggy. My son had the Pana cotta which he gave a thumbs down. I didn't try it but I do trust his pallet. So I think there are a lot of pizzerias around and I would say you have enough choice to try others for pizza. Other dishes may be good but we went specifically for the pizza. So on that basis a few things that could be looked into to up the rating. I don't think you need three courses, and I would recommend the starters rather than the desserts....

It was our first time in 400 degrees..the gentleman on the street as been trying to bring us in to this restaurant for a few weeks now..Of course we were a little reluctant to try it since it's only been in business for less than one year. We decided to try it tonight because my sister in-law wanted Italian food.. The restaurant is very nice and warm with a beautiful pizza oven from Italy. The first approach in the greeting was very comforting and the service was excellent..but let me tell you that the food was the star of the evening..portions are very good, food was very hot and very tasty.. I do recommend this place to everyone looking for Italian food. We had the lasagna and my partner had the pizza..everything is fresh so you do need to wait about 30 minutes for your order. This place became our local this weekend when we were visiting Portugal on a Hen do. From the very first night (when they accommodated all 19 of us in the group) at the drop of a hat, the staff were so welcoming and couldn’t have done more for us. The food and drinks were excellent every time we dined there and the Pizza was up there with some of the best I’ve ever had. It was a game changer for us to have something so lovely on our door step and made the whole weekend more enjoyable as we always knew we had somewhere to eat.
