We were really looking forward to a visit there , as a special there was a beautifull piece of backeljau or cod advertised ( with foto ) Portuguese way . My wife can only eat fish if no ( fish) bones are present . We asked 3 times and it was checked with the kitchen . YES it was fillet no bones no problem. But a little bell rang as we ordered some bread and butter and paté , got charged 3 ways for some dry bread ( not an advert for any baker ) a tiny one portion of butter and similar amount of sardine past . After all the fish was freshly cooked and would take 30 minutes . Well long story short from the 2 filets we had , more bones were left on the plate as from a roast chicken . Taste was not bad at first salty buttery and oil , one side was beautiful cooked but the other half was tough and was even hard to seperate from the bone so not cooked enough at all. Please be aware . I did have a word with management but further then a few apologies no action . Please if you cant deliver ( we asked for fillet) dont say you will .
