KFC — Restaurant in Albufeira

Hi I arrived in Portugal Faro albufeira and I wanted to experience some KFC like I have done so in Many other countries,  however this was the wore experience I've been through in regards to getting a Good service and being given the correct food.

The food I ordered was nothing like the food I expected because the order was totally wrong and the guy advised me it was correct even tho I told him its wrong . Not only did the guy get it wrong once but he actually got it wrong twice . To add to this the food I got given had pig in it which I accidentally ate therefore throwing the remaining away because I felt sick as its against my religion to not consume pig. The food wasn't worth what I paid especially being given the wrong food.

Furthermore I was waiting on the food for over 1hour and I thought I was in a panic mode because we had a train scheduled to go to Lisbon which was booked a few hours in advanced,however because if the food delay we only just made it to the coach station on time.

I'm not the one to write  complaints however this was the worse experience from a kfc franchise and was extremely disappointed.

This is my 2nd try at KFC, I ordered their Bacon Cheddar burger. Extra spicy sauce. Well, it tingled a little.. but not spicy at all. I was very disappointed with the amount of the chicken inside. There was like.. double the amount of bun, compared to chicken. The bacon was semi-crispy. But I think I've only got like 1 chicken tender inside. It was a little dry, not that tasty. Just a bland taste.

Very disappointed. Got my food fast, which is why I rated this place two stars.

Sorry, but it was bad... And my burger was cold, even though it was "freshly made" I guess.. Well I waited 5 mins approximately.

I paid 7 euros for a burger, single. With nothing else. Would say it's worth 2,5 euro with that quality..

It is so sad that the taste was so bland and lacking of chicken, wasn't even sure if there was any cheddar inside.. it tasted like.. Nothing. Sad.

kfc used to be my favorite place,1week ago(i wannted to contact costumer service) my GF asked for 9wings chips &drink menu.Like never be4,a non-english speaker lady understood 0 about what she said and gave us the worst of those big half chickens(don't ask me about name,never eat anything alse out of wings,KFC is good only in wings) and 2 cups of coke which taste like washing liquid.From all the menu the 2 white tissue was the only good part where i could spit out that horible tasting "PRE-CORONA" frozen chicken.Super disapointed about that Albufeira KFC.Shame on you guys for such low costumer service and super rubish quality what you had that day.England has best kfc wings,i visited kfc in 5 countries,nowhere such good...
