Taco Bell Albufeira Terrace — Restaurant in Albufeira

I was wondering around looking to see what they have for food in this mall and I saw that they had a Taco Bell. I didn’t eat Taco Bell for years I mean, like probably over 10 years! So I thought why not. They had three big screens that you could order your food on, which was great because that way I got to kind of browse through the menus to see what they all have. I went for the combo - three tacos, nachos, and a large beer. The guys in the shop made my food right away. The guy at the counter was great. He spoke English, and I even asked him for a cup so I can get a little bit of water to take a pill that I had to take. That was no problem and no extra cost. Sadly, I must say my food did not taste very good at all. The nacho chips tasted old and no spice to them. I only got a little bit of warm cheese sauce that wasn’t even enough for all of the chips. In the end it didn’t matter because I didn’t eat them all. The three tacos that I had were pretty small and not really hot. They were actually pretty puny. I remember eating Taco Bell in the states and the soft tacos were awesome, but there was hardly nothing on these things here. What happed to Taco Bell.. My beer was nice and cold and even tasted good out of the paper cup 😃 I would not eat here again. In fact I would probably go to Pizza Hut that looked pretty good which was going to be my first choice until I saw Taco Bell here…. I payed...

I wanted some quick bite before shopping so I decided on taco bell as you know- fast food. If I knew I should have to wait over 20min for crunchy supreme I would just go to proper restaurant. Also staff looks like they have really great balance and no pressure - keep it up but taco bell please hire at least 5 more to keep up with the orders. And its ridiculous that I get cold food while at the counter. Also please invest in some gloves for your cooks and and other satff as none of them were wearing any including girl who was working at cash register who later took a stroll along counter and kitchen touching everything and then proceeding to help with putting some nachos with her unwashed hands. Disgusting, I decided to just throw my nachos...

honestly, where do i begin. Not normally the type of person to complain but I ordered 3 spicy chicken burritos all WITHOUT beans and every single one came with beans, ordered 2 bacon and cheese fries and only one of them actually had bacon and cheese, other one was plain. also ordered a large water and pepsi and they were out of both and gave us 2 small bottles of water and 2 small pepsis, water was not cold at all. finished off with a crunch wrap supreme with beef that had very little beef and was not crunchy at all, not impressed at all with my first visit to taco bell and will not...
