We were walking and I saw the sign. They were just opening, Pushpa, our waiter welcomed us in. He was very friendly and explained about what we were ordering. We had tempura to start, it was very well done. Batter was light and veggies fresh and crisp. We both had the Tonkatsu Ramen for our lunch. Very well done! Broth was rich, silky and had just a light pork fat taste. Noodles are handmade and have a good chew. Pork was very nice, well flavored. Overall a great lunch. I was also happy to hear that they will be staying open for a while as a lot of the restaurants are closing for the season. So, we will be going back at least one more time, and more if I can convince my wife. Well done guys, a pleasant surprise to find an authentic Japanese restaurant...

Starting with the positive: the restaurant has a nice attempt at Japanese-inspired décor, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.
However, when it comes to the food, it really fell short. I love ramen and have tried it in many different places, but the ramen here was disappointing and lacked the flavor and quality I expected. I also tried the duck bao, which sadly wasn’t good either.
I really hope they can improve the food, because with such a nice team and atmosphere, the restaurant...
